I killed a small bug within minutes of arriving. Then, on our 2nd morning there, we woke up to a roach in the bathroom. I’m 44 years old and have stayed in a lot of hotels through the years, and I’ve never wanted to leave a place so bad. Unfortunately, Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge was packed out, and we couldn’t find another hotel for our 2 night stay.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Location is a bit of a gamble for light sleepers. A/C in sofa bed area was inoperable and couldn't be set below 86Degrees. Very expensive for what it is. But, all hotels are way beyond affordable at this point.

The room itself was clean. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The building looks like it’s run down. The elevator did not seem safe to use, quite rickety.

We enjoyed the breakfast deal. The pancake house was great. The tv was small. Older folks need larger tv screens. We were in room 201. The chair was very stained. Needs to be cleaned or replaced. These are minor issues. The staff was great and the place was great. I always look for a Red Roof Inn when traveling and will continue to do so. Plan on seeing you again in a few weeks.

There is a fee for every thing.... if your pwt gets up on any of the beds they charge a fee.....its ridiculous considerin the price you already pay to stay . Then there is actually is no breakfast...they g8ve you a vochwr for 3 pancakes n a deink in a wntorw different building

Terrible front desk staff! Would hardly speak etc. Also we arrived one hour early and was told we would have to pay $25 early check in fee, when we asked if the room was ready they said yes but still have to charge $25 so reluctantly we left and came back in a hour! Then to top things off we had to pay a $100 deposit and was told we would only get $95 back with me explanation as why! Needless to say we will never stay there again!
