Solid okay
It just felt unsafe and dirty to me when I pulled into the parking lot. The photos in the add showed a beautiful room with wooden floors and an open feel. Instead, the floors were old carpet that had definitely seen better days. The bathroom was tiny and the shower setup isn’t something I would recommend. The ledge was so tiny my little toiletries kept falling off. It was mostly clean, but I could tell the room needed a deep clean. I was nervous to get into the shower without shower shoes. The staff was friendly, so that was a plus. The location is nice, so if that’s your main focus this is a good place to stay. I just didn’t feel like it was the cleanest or safest.

The hotel was updated without a closet. There was no place to hang clothes. Only 1 desk chair, so only one person could sit. I asked at the desk for a room to hang clothes and was no told no room had a closet. I asked for a chair and was told no extra chairs available.

Everyone was nice, seem to work hard, the room didn't have everything I saw on the picture which made a difference for us. The other thing I was sent to Gatlinburg but I had reserved in Pigeon Forge and almost missed our show we had tickets reserved.

arrived on a Sunday evening outside in the dark looks a little dark Broken ice machine sitting beside new one Trash cans outside were full when we arrived and were not emptied before we left on Tuesday morning- people had even put trash beside them Could hear noises from other rooms and there was a big rectangular metal container sitting in the parking lot. Construction going on behind - equipment working and beeping early could be heard.

We were second floor the first night, it appeared clean, on first floor the room had been well used and the floors were filthy. The room was non smoking but smelt like smoke and heavy cleaning solutions. Had a good breakfast lots to choose from. We booked. 4 night stay which said refundable if cancelled 24 hours prior. The first night was a separate reservation booked last minute. We thought if we had to leave early the unused portion could be refunded. That is what hotels .com told us they said they call the hotel after being notified that we were checking out early they would call the hotel to confirm and be would be refunded. They were unable to contact the manager we spoke to him at the front desk That was not the case the hotel said because it was third party there would be no refund.

Everything was great, no reason for anything under 5 stars. We did have an issue with the family staying upstairs above us. They were awake all hours of the night and extremely loud. We stayed 4 nights and didnt say anything to the guest service agent until the last night cause they woke us up several times. They promptly asked our upstair neighbors to quiten down and everything was fine afterwards. Clean and comfortable room close to everything!

Would have been ok for the price but air freshner or scented cleaner smell was outrageously strong. I have asthma and it triggered it. No way I could have stayed. One of the staff did offer a different room but the intense smell was the same in that room. We ended up leaving and not spending the night and forfeiting the money. Also noticed that the drapes let a lot of light in because they were too short. There was no (or worn out?) weather stripping under the outside door so light and noise was getting in under the door.

Up to date.....bed slept amazing.....bathroom updated....loved the mirror.....only negative thing....curtain wouldnt block all the light so the parking lot light could come into the room. I love the dark so the light was a little distracted.

Felt a bit odd at first the area seemed a bit sketchy around the hotel. But felt better it was a BW hotel. Only thing I'd say about this hotel is you can hear everything outside your dang door. And the lobby closes at 11pm so that kinda sucked but other then that awesome!
