It’s very nice place to stay, pretty affordable. Within walking distance of multiple activities. Only thing that was a downside is that the floors and shower could have used extra attention while cleaning. The room itself was very clean.

Great hotel. A little loud with the street traffic. We have stayed on the same road at different hotels and it wasn’t as loud. Staff was pleasant. Parking was easy but very crammed. Our room was very hot. AC wasn’t able to be adjusted. Shower head/water pressure was sub par. Location was great. Right across the street from “The Island.” Our son (4y.o.) thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa!

2 star hotel at best. Room was next to dumpsters and very loud. Room was partly cleaned and had broken blinking fireplace. Requested that fireplace be fixed or at least reset, but despite the front desk's assurance, maintenance never came to room to fix fireplace.

Super pretty hotel, loved the room we were in and very convenient next to everything we needed in walking distance. Our only issues were 1) no Wi-Fi when we checked in until later the following day. 2) the water dispenser on our floor was not working 3) Every other night we were awoken at 3/4am by the LOUDEST and CRAZIEST noise, figured out it’s the garbage truck emptying 3 huge metal garbage bins about 10 feet in front of the rooms on the right side of building. It sounded like bombs going off HOWEVER if they could fix those things I’d definitely stay here again for its convenience.

The Pros: This hotel is very nice compared to a lot of them in Pigeon Forge TN. It is right across the street from the Island which we walked to twice when we were there. TGIF is right there and a few shops. The pool looked very nice sorta like a small resort pool. The room was nicely decorated and smelled great and the bed was very comfortable. There was a bar and restaurant with a complimentary drink to get after 5pm. It was a little pricy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cons:. The non refundable fee for your pet is to high, especially when you go to your room and wipe something up and the tissue is black from not moping it. I did ask for my room to be mopped on the second day. If you charge me $150.00 because I have pets everything in my room better be top notch. If my dogs had made a mess I would expect a charge after my stay. It seems like everyone gets punished for others actions. Also there isnt a good green place for you dogs to go to the bathroom. Very small. Over all I would use this hotel again but not bring my dogs.

Friendly, clean. They were having issues with the wi-fi but had someone working on it. The only thing that I wish that they had would have been a microwave in the room. Love the hair products. We would definitely stay here again. We were impressed with the property.

Only stayed a couple of night but it was a very nice stay. Only a couple of things that I wish would have been better, a microwave in the room (NOT a deal breaker at all) & they REALLY need more parking. There was a few things going on in town & barely any parking available for hotel guests. That was a little frustrating. I would absolutely stay here again though!

The stay was fine other than every night we got back to our room it smelled so strong (of pot) the first night we had to leave the doors opened. The second night we realized it was stronger in the bathroom so we kept that door closed. Was still pretty bad by the 3rd night the Nextdoor pot smokers must have left. It was a lot better.

Super cute property. Not traditional PF vibes. Feels like a hipster spot plucked right out of Austin TX. Beds are cozy. Bathroom has a sliding barn door so IYKYK Bring a sound machine if you’re sensitive to noise. It’s not quiet but it’s a motel so should be expected. Great location and all staff we encountered were super friendly and accommodating. We will be back

My kids and I enjoyed our stay here. We were here for 5 nights. Everyone that works here is so friendly! Check in was easy and welcoming. Check out was also a breeze and straight forward. Their pool area is very neat, and there were a few very warm days that my kids got to enjoy it. The snack bar there was an added bonus. The drinks were well made and the food was fantastic!

The location is convenient. The decor is so pretty! And the outdoor area by the pool is amazing! Loved the aesthetics. The complimentary paloma drink was a nice touch. The floor in the room was not cleaned very well. And they started doing some type of maintenance around 6:00 am. It was very loud. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We had an amazing time at this property. The rooms were so clean and had such a great theme! The staff was friendly and always willing to offer help. We will absolutely use this hotel again for future trips.
