Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. My peaceful 4-bedroom Ranch House has everything you need for your trip around Pilot Hill. This 5-acre lot has lots to offer for nature lovers and fun lovers. Various outdoor activities would be a unique and secluded getaway for the guest, .surrounded by nature and offering scenic views. . Closer to Lake, river, Horseride, rafting, Atv, dirt biking, hiking, casino, market, hospitals. We are one hour away from lake Tahoe, Reno and Sacramento.

Our property proudly holds a Vacation Home Rental (VHR) Permit Number VHR 077011 and a Transient Occupancy Tax Number 077646.

The maximum occupancy is set at four persons, not including children aged 5 and under.

To maintain a serene and peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors, quiet hours are strictly observed from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Please be aware that the occupancy of the property is limited during the designated quiet hours.

Awesome Getaway
Property was absolutely fantastic and exactly what my family needed as my nephew got married at a local venue. The hot tub and game room were used quite a bit. Could not have asked for a better home to have for this weekend.

Horrible experience
We booked our property and paid the total more then 60 days before the trip, clearly listing all the people staying. After 11 of us, 7 which are children, drove up 4 hours to stay at this property, we were messaged 20 minutes to check in that the trip was cancelled. The owner sent a message 24 hours earlier to tell us to expect check in instructions an hour before check in. We were 4 hours from home and just 20 minutes from the property when VRBO just sent a message showing cancellation and the owners gave some bogus excuse about double booking and then went on to say there was construction not safe for children. This sort of property owner is unscrupulous and unacceptable and should not be allowed in VRBO.
