Pinehurst Condo - Renovated 2022. 1BR/1BA condo centrally located in the heart of Pinehurst. Pet friendly with non-refundable pet fee. All new furnishings. Condo in desired community of Pinehurst Manor! Less than a ten minute drive to Village of Pinehurst and Pinehurst Country Club. Home includes automatic drip coffee pot, patio furniture, Carolina room with desk, King size bed and a sleeper sofa. Home is Pet Friendly, but does require a pet fee of $150! This is not included in the total quoted price. Pet fee will be added after reservation is booked. Please contact us if you are looking to bring a pet.

Excellent stay!
We were so lucky to find this property to rent for the US Open at Pinehurst. It is a spacious one bedroom and nicely furnished. Comfortable king bed, w/d in unit and lots of privacy. There were plenty of linens, towels and supplies provided for our week's stay. We highly recommend!

Needs improvement
On line images showed a dinning table for 4 chairs. We only found 2 with a broken one in a closet. The shower does not have a closure so floor gets totally wet which likely why the floor to the foyer leading into the bathroom is all warped and difficult to maneuver. No hair dryer. Poor drainage during rain when stepping out of the condo you need to get around a 6 inch puddle. Bottom like the place needs some work and can be easily made into a 4 star.

19 F Pinehurst
The bed had a sag in it the lower end and the shower doesn’t have a door. The floor will end up needing replaced in the bathroom if you don’t address that coming from a floor company owner. Otherwise everything was great.

Needs improvement
The front storm door was broken off the bottom hinge. The wood front door had a gap of about 2 inches at the top, so without the storm door closed bugs would enter the unit. There were cob webs on the inside of the unit in the office area. One of the two chairs at the table were broken. The lighting is very low in the unit and made it hard to see.

Safe clean convenient location. Everything I needed for a quick two night solo stay. The only feedback I have is that you may want to include details on the app on how to connect to the internet and where the community garbage cans are located if you require renters to dispose of garbage. Otherwise it was easy check in/check out. Exactly as the rental listing described and a great deal. Id stay there again.

Our first vrbo experience was a success! Clean, comfortable, simple decor. Very quiet at night, we had great night sleeps. Close to everywhere we needed to get in pinehurst and west end. Would stay again.

Very clean, quiet & convenient unit. We have stayed here once before with same result. Very nicely furnished, feels right at home for our visits with family while working from home during the day.
