Cozy in the Pines- Pinetop fun and pet friendly! Hiking, fishing, music & events

The house is on 1/4 acre with pine trees in a safe, friendly neighborhood. Great for taking walks.
The primary bedroom has a large bathroom and access to a walk in closest. It also has a sliding glass door with access to a small deck. The third bedroom is an office/fold out twin.
The second bedroom is a comfy queen bed, small fridge, Smart TV and next to the second bathroom.
The third bedroom has a fold out twin bed, a desk, printer, chair with a back massager, TV hooked to Roku. This room also has a sliding glass door out to the furnished deck located in front of the house.
The living room couch pulls out and has storage with pillows ectā€¦ to make up for sleeping one to two. There is a gas fireplace, smart tv and sound bar.
The kitchen is great for entertaining. Lots of room, a large island and dining room table. Games are available in the hutch.
The laundry room has a front loader washer and dryer. This area leads out to a private fenced in area. Great if traveling with pets.
Out front is a Weber grill. In the summer we have returning hummingbirds to entertain you while relaxing on the deck. The green oneā€™s name is Sparky. Perfect place for a getaway!

Great weekend!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Pinetop. This property is beautiful. It felt brand new and was very clean and well kept. There was a lot more space than I was anticipating, and it was very comfortable for all three of us. I would absolutely stay here again.

Comfortable and Peaceful.
My husband and I wanted to get away for a peaceful weekend and this place was just perfect. In a quiet neighborhood, beautifully decorated and clean. The house had all the things we could possibly need. It was cozy and very comfortable. Not far from shops, restaurants and attractions. Would highly recommend and we will stay again. šŸ’œ

This property was exactly as advertised. We spent two weeks here to escape the Phoenix heat. The property was clean, conveniently located, very well stocked and great for the pups. We really enjoyed the cool mountain air and the great outdoors. We would be happy to return next year.
