Our bathroom, contrasting the rustic woodland vibe, invites you into a world of modern luxury with a refreshing rain shower and charming claw-foot tub, promising a bathing experience that stimulates and revives.

The heartbeat of our Retreat resonates around our inviting living room. Commissioned to inspire connection, this cozy cove under the warm glow of an indoor fireplace accommodates a smart TV, high-speed WiFi, and a sofa doubling as an additional queen bed, serving all your entertainment and connectivity commitments.

For those passionate about cooking, our kitchen space, although compact, comes fully loaded. Outfitted with a stove, refrigerator, and essential cooking gear, it provides the perfect backdrop for you to exhibit your culinary prowess and dish out comfort food during your getaway.

Beyond its intimate interiors, our property unfurls into a spacious 2-acre landscape wreathed with lush greenery. Enjoy memorable BBQs with our outdoor grill, share stories around the fire pit under star-lit skies, or dine outdoors in beautifully furnished areas amidst the harmonic symphony of nature.

Guest Access:
Guests have unrestricted access to our property, its ample amenities, and sprawling 2-acre landscape. Utilize the smart lock system for a seamless check-in process, secure digital code. Our Retreat boasts ample free parking on the premises, providing safe accommodation for your vehicles.

The Neighborhood:
Located on a dirt road just over the Missouri line in Pineville, you will be met with the seclusion of nature, but still just be a quick drive to a Back 40 Trailhead. Removed enough to feel like you've escaped the hustle and bustle, but close enough to easily access Bella Vista & Bentonville. 20 minutes to Elk River floating access, and 10 minutes to the Little Sugar or Bella Vista, AR, lake systems. 10 minutes to Back 40 trails, 30 minutes to Downtown Bentonville and the amazing restaurant scene there.

Getting Around:
Our home is isolated getaway, so we recommend a personal vehicle to access our tiny home.

Serenely isolated, our Retreat is located just over the Missouri line in Pineville, ensuring serene solitude yet offering close proximity to the vibrant Bella Vista & Bentonville. Satiate your adventurous spirit with visits to famed local attractions such as the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel, or the Pea Ridge National Military Park.

With winter approaching, wrap yourself in the embrace of our indoor fireplace, the perfect companion for those chilly evenings. As the countdown to Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year begins, envision making lifelong memories roasting marshmallows, sharing heart-warming stories under crimson foliage or a blanket of fresh snow.

Our location serves as an ideal springboard for a myriad of outdoor pursuits. For keen cyclists and hikers, the Back 40 trails and Little Sugar or Bella Vista lake systems are mere 10 minutes away.

Please note our retreat is strictly a non-smoking property. We respect responsible behavior and disallow parties. Late checkouts attract additional fees. Pets (up to 2 housebroken dogs) are welcome but are subject to a fee. Unfortunately, we cannot cater to cats. Despite these caveats, our focus remains on offering an effortless holiday experience enveloped by Missouri's enthralling wilderness.
