Our late 1800's farmhouse is located just 0.8 miles (2 minutes) from New River State Park Kings Creek Access. Bring your kayaks, canoes, and tubes, or rent them at the river. Plenty of swimming, tubing, and fishing opportunities await! Relax in one of the rocking chairs on the front porch while breathing in fresh mountain air. The quaint towns of West Jefferson and Sparta are just minutes away. The Blue Ridge Parkway and Grayson Highlands State Park with great views, hiking and wild horses are only a short drive. Lovely farmhouse in peaceful setting
Such a wonderful respite from our busy lives. Perfect setting , great home, so much fun tubing in the New River which is close by and enjoying the fire out and outdoor space and porches. Plenty of towels and supplies. Home is very clean and well kept.

Charming & Comfortable Stay
The farmhouse is a great place for a peaceful stay. Quiet, clean, stocked with the basics of what you need. Easy to get to and check in. We came for a race we were doing at Grayson Highlands State Park-- it was an easy drive. Thanks!

Incredible Weekend
My family and I were looking for a place that was away from the city and close to Grayson Highlands. We were going to hike Mt. Rogers and see the horses. The house was amazing. It was just like being in an old farmhouse, but updated. We cooked dinners at the house and planned to use it as a staging point. Ended up, we did not want to be anywhere else. We will definitely rent this house again. Oh yea, and very easy check-in.
