Turned up correct address , messed about in some silly little lift , to be told where I was staying was further up the street , lot of stress and hassle I didn't need as my car was quite a way away in a dodgy looking car park full of my stuff

The worst accomodaton I have experienced!
This is the worst accommodation I have experienced. I called and emailed that the flight arrived late and check-in was a little late. There was no one to help us check in. Eventually we had to find another hotel. If I this review is deleted, I will never use hotel.com.

Leider nicht das gebuchte Apartment.
Dem Apartment fehlte es an Licht (kein Fenster, lediglich eine Glastür zu einem Innenhof), es gab keinen Tisch oder Stühle ausser im Hof. Sehr netter Empfang und Transfer zum Flughafen.Für nur Übernachtung okay.

Camera spaziosa, accoglienza ottima. PosiZione comodissima sia per turismo che per università. Peccato per la scarsa manutenzione (doccia, phone non ben attaccato alla parete, cialde del caffè solo per un giorno, cestino mai svuotato, tappeti lisi e armadi occupati). Consiglio assolutamente ai viaggiatori per location ottima (accortezze minime)

Unser Zimmer wurde leider nicht gebucht und wir kamen in eine WG mit einem Zimmer. Der Standort war leider auch nicht mehr der selbe. Service war gut und sie kümmerten sich um uns, damit wir ein anderes Zimmer erhalten. Wir haben dadurch leider sehr viel Zeit verloren. Der Parkplatz ist in einem öffentlichen Parkhaus und es wird pro Tag ca 25 Euro verlangt.

Posizione e rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimi
Le camere sono molto graziose e arredate con gusto, si trovano in una residenza storica ristrutturata molto bella, a 2 passi da piazza dei Miracoli (Torre e Duomo di Pisa). I gestori non sono presenti, quindi bisogna contattarli per organizzare il check-in. Non c'è colazione, ma a disposizione degli ospiti è lasciata la macchina del caffè e bollitore con alcuni snack e brioches. Il posto è silenzioso. Unico neo della camera in cui sono stata l'assenza del bidet (è però presente un doccino a fianco del gabinetto) e il piatto doccia (separata dal bagno) rovivato. Complessivamente una bella esperienza.

Désastreux, un grand ménage serait nécessaire .
Malheureusement je ne peux le conseiller à personne.Très désastreux,lorsque nous sommes arrivés nous avons sonné à la porte et n'avons eu aucune réponse.Pour finalement avoir quelqu'un après que nous ayons appelé par téléphone. Tout était défectueux: la douche,la porte de l'appartement qui nous est restée dans les mains, une chaise brisée et dangereuse...Au moins pas trop loin du centre historique enfin un plus.

Flott atmosfære og sentral beliggenhet!
Dette var virkelig et koselig hotell med sine fire rom! Det var ikke servering av frokost, men du hadde hele tiden mulighet til å hente deg te eller kaffe, kjeks og småkaker i gangen. Hvis man hadde behov for oppbevaring av bagasje, så var det også mulig. Hotellet lå nesten midt i sentrum av Pisa og det var kort gangavstand til det meste. PS: Vær obs på at inngangen er nr 21 istedet for 19. Vi gikk inn adressen som sto i bookingen først og opp en bratt trapp, men den døra var avstengt nå.

충격의 룸
놀랬습니다 호텔승강기는 임시로 만들어서 거의 번지점프수준 안타깝게도 증거사진을 못찍고 제방만 그런지 옆방 노르웨이 사람한테 여쭈니까 자기네도 배수가 잘 안되었다고 합니다 민박보다 약한수준 1 샤워실물은 안내려가구요 2 주차장은 허접하구 어떻게 열고닫는지도 제대로 설명안해 주면서 도리어 다른사람은 문제없는데 왜그너냐고 다구치는 쥔장 여자 3 그나마 종업원이 친절해서 참았지요 4 방하나 덜렁있는 호텔이 아닌 방닷컴 입니다 충격이었습니다
