Overall very clean newly refurbished rooms, unfortunately there is only one bathroom / shower area to be shared by all guests. Potentially you could have eight to ten people accessing the bathroom facilities. There appears to be four different rooms on the floor. If you are staying here you have to phone ahead to arrange the handover of the keys as there isn’t anyone on-site

Desorganización y un alojamiento sin más
Nuestro checkin fue muy atropellado… la comunicación con el alojamiento fue complicada, avisamos con una hora de antelación nuestra llegada y aún así tuvimos que esperar 20’ para entrar bajo la lluvia en día de partido de fútbol, por lo que las calles estaban cortadas y no se nos avisó. Una vez entramos al apartamento, la encargada no supo encontrar nuestra reserva y luego nos puso en una habitación equivocada (con baño externo en vez de con baño interno). Finalmente, la encargada verificó la información tras marcharse a su oficina y volvió para cambiarnos amablemente a la habitación por la que habíamos pagado. Por otra parte, las instalaciones están bien, limpias, sin embargo el baño de nuestra habitación olía muy fuerte a cañerías. Además, en Hotels.com se indica que el alojamiento dispone de aparcamiento, pero no es así: hay que aparcar en la calle pagando parquímetro o sino hay un parking gratuito en el que es imposible encontrar hueco. En líneas generales, el alojamiento está sin más… al menos estaba limpio y muy cerca del centro de Pisa. El checkin desorganizado que nos hizo perder tiempo, el olor del baño y la ausencia de parking, nos han dejado decepcionados.

Appartement situé au calme Et proche du Vatican et de la basilique St pierre, hôte très gentille et donne de bon conseil pour visiter Rome, SDB un peu à l’étroit mais dans l’ensemble très design et propre! A recommander !

Nous pensions réserver une chambre dans un hôtel mais en réalité il s'agit d'une chambre dans un appartement (4 chambres au total) avec une salle de bain à partager. Vous devez appeler la propriétaire 10 mn avant pour qu'elle vienne vous ouvrir l'immeuble. La chambre était propre et le lit confortable. La salle de bain : pas d'eau chaude dans la douche et un débit d'eau insuffisant. Nos colocataires étaient très bruyant. Le seul point positif est que nous étions à deux pas de la tour de Pise. En résumé, à éviter !

Moderne saubere Unterkunft gleich beim Turm
Das Zimmer war geräumig und modern,alles war sehr sauber. Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche, sodass man sich selbst versorgen kann wenn man möchte. Frühstück war nicht inbegriffen. Der Schiefe Turm ist in Sichtweite und zu Fuß in etwa 10 Min zu erreichen (weil man die Stadtmauer umrunden muss), die Innenstadt schließt sich dann ja gleich an. Fußweg z. Bahnhof ca. 30 Min, der nächste Supermarkt ist etwa 20 Min entfernt. Nebenan ist eine Bäckerei mit allerlei Leckereien + einem kleinen Angebot an Lebensmitteln, ansonsten sind 2 Bars / Imbiss gleich gegenüber. Wir waren ohne Auto unterwegs, ging alles prima zu Fuß. Wir haben mit dem Zug Ausflüge nach Lucca und Livorno unternommen, das ging super. Transfer vom Flughafen aus geht schnell und günstig mit dem Shuttle PisaMover.

Sono stato nel week end, la stanza piccolina ma carina, il bagno privato ma esterno. Peccato che si sentiva tutto dalle altre stanze, in struttura oltre noi c'erano altri ospiti, maleducati e cafoni che alle 8 di mattina hanno messo il volume della tv alto e in più gridavano nella stanza pensando forse di essere soli, ma stando in una struttura con più stanze il rispetto la prima cosa. La posizione ideale vicino ai punti di interesse.

Todo limpio, todo nuevo. Ubicación buena bien cerca de las grandes atracciones de Pisa. Estacionamiento incluido q pensábamos q tenía, no tiene, tuvimos q dejar el auto en la calle a dos cuadras. Lo mismo el desayuno no es ahí, sino q tienes que ir a una cafetería a 500 metros fuera de la zona turística.

A deux pas de la tour
Chambre avec salle de bains séparée. Lit et propreté parfaits, clair, confortable. Il s'agit d'un grand appartement divisé en chambres, très bien situé à moins de 5mn de la tour. Parfait pour un séjour de plusieurs nuits à Pise, il y a même une cuisine. Le stationnement est payant le matin, prix raisonnable, attention aux soirs de match, le stade est tout proche et la rue est fermée par des grilles au milieu.
