*Guests are given a generated door lock code that will only work for the dates that are booked. Once the check-in time is available the code will then be activated to check-in.

The owner is notified by the door system that the guest has arrived. No need to contact the owner. The guest is able to arrive at any time of the day after 4 pm check-in time.
*Check-Out;
When the guests are ready to depart a simple code is given for the door lock, this will notify the Owner that they have Checked Out. All codes expire at 11 am on departure day.

perfect Pismo location
This was a great location for our group of 4 teens and 2 adults. Super safe and short walk to downtown pier area, restaurants, shops etc. Being able to park 2 cars in the garage made everything really easy. The unit was really clean, kitchen was well-stocked, beds all comfortable. Many excellent restaurants in walking distance - definitely recommend Pismo Burgers & More, Wooly's, Breezeway Cafe, and Pizmo Cafe. One thing to note is that there is no master en suite bath - 3 bedrooms are roughly equal size and there is one small bathroom on each floor. It worked out fine for us. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our 2nd time booking this condo. Great location. Easy beach access and house has some beach supplies which saves you on having to pack chairs, wagon, etc. Owner is quick to respond if you have any questions. Highly recommend for family or friends getaway.

Great condo in a great location
We stayed for 4 nights in August 24. Stopped here for a few nights break during a 2 week trip down the CA coast. The arrival instructions were clear and the condo was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The property is great for access to the beach, which is at the end of the street. Close to shops, restaurants and pier area. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone staying in Pismo Beach.

This cute, clean and cozy unit is locatedin easy walking distance to all of the downtown peir area and 1/2 block off the beach. Parking was very easy, plus there is a 2 car garage.

Wonderful Stay at Pismo Beach Rental!
We recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic rental property in Pismo Beach, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish! Everything about the property was exactly as stated in the listing. The house was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the abundance of beach gear available for us to borrow. From chairs to boogie boards and beach toys, everything we needed for a fun day at the beach was readily available. It made our beach outings hassle-free and enjoyable. The inclusion of remotes for the cars was another thoughtful touch, adding to the convenience and ease of our stay. Additionally, the clear and precise labeling of everything on the property made it easy to find and use all the amenities without any confusion. Overall, our stay at this Pismo Beach rental was wonderful, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway. We look forward to returning in the future! Perfect Beach Getaway
When we drove into town on Sunday parking was impossible. We were so happy we chose a unit close to the beach with a garage! All three bedrooms were clean and comfortable. No need for AC as there were plenty of windows to let in the ocean breeze. Within walking distance to eating and shops. Communication with Natalie was easy.

60th Birthday Family Getaway
My family was looking for a place to stay at the beach to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday, and this was just the place! It had plenty of space to accommodate all of us comfortably. The house was in a great location, only a short walk to the pier and steps from the beach. It was also very clean and provided all the necessities (and more!). The owner, Natalie, was absolutely wonderful. She was easy to get ahold of and very accommodating when I reached out for help. My family enjoyed our stay so much and can’t wait to visit again!

Lovely spot close to the beach
The townhouse condo is perfect for a family. Our two grown sons and one girlfriend were with us for a family wedding weekend. The spit is close enough to the beach, restaurants and the best cinnamon roll place to make us want to return. All the bedrooms were well appointed and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had three cars. Two garage spaces come with the condo. We found parking (at this time of year) super easy right in front for the third car. We will definitely return next time we are in Pismo

We were happy to see that our VRBO rental was accurately described and photographed. Our host Natalie, always responded quickly to our questions and provided helpful information about the rental and activities in the surrounding areas. The beautiful home was strategically located for access to Pismo Beach, monarch butterfly wintering grounds, and just an hour from Hearst Castle. Very clean and great location
We were looking for a weekend getaway to combine with a Cal Poly tour and this was a great choice. The place was clean and well appointed. Location was great for walking to restaurants and enjoying the area. Very nice stay.
