Facility and property is in very good condition, looks like this hotel is fairly new. Staff is very friendly and courteous. I only gave it 2 stars because after first night, noticed that there was blood stains on the comforter. 2nd night, our grandson came and stayed with us sleeping on the pull-out bed. After one night, noticed that the sheet he was using also had blood stains.

Overall, the property is very nice. Our room had apparently just had the carpet shampooed, leaving the floor wet and an overpowering smell of chemicals in the room. We didn't get in until very late, so we just brought in our air filtration unit (family has allergies) and that made it bearable.

The property itself was great, the staff was friendly and helpful BUT a hot tub is advertised but not available and neither Expedia or the hotel would take responsibility for the false advertising of the hot tub situation

Was on the 3rd floor in room 306. Room was for the most part clean, although there was a lot of dust in areas (wrote my initials in the base of the floor lamp). Worst of all there was NO hot water for a shower. If I let it run long enough, it got to where it was not as cold, but never even made it to warm. And there was no way the hotel was full. There were only 6 cars in the parking lot on my side of the building. Will look at other options for my next Pittsburg trip.

Clean room and friendly staff. We booked a mobility accessible room due to the shower for my handicapped partner. We were given a hearing accessible room with a tub/shower combo. We made it work.
