Very nice room and excellent shower. Older check in person Jim not friendly at all although competent, completely unsmiling. Seems like he hates people and his job. Decent breakfast. Lacking tea options, would be nice to have complimentary ice water/hot water available for guests on the ground floor. Overall very good but not outstanding.

Check in and parking, although $64 for 2 nights, was ok. Entered the room and first thing we noticed was cigarette burns on the carpet follow by ripped curtains. The sofa had a "film" on them. The absolute worst was the black mold in the shower. Totally disgusting.

I reached out to the hotel months prior to the date of arrival to cancel and was charged anyways. I never even stayed at the location and I am very angry on how they treat potential guests. I am disputing this with my card.

Very overpriced relative to what you actually get. The 2.5 star Holiday Inn express in Clearfield, another place I stayed on this trip, is a better hotel.

Terrible squeaky beds. Small queen size pillows in a so called King Size bedroom, sheets not fitting the bed properly, Room service very bad ,they made us wait so long for little things. No coffee table in this suite. Staff at the front desk was super rude whenever we asked for anything.

Front desk was very rude and racist , I have to change rooms 2 times , the rooms was very dirty and nasty mold all over the bathroom shower would not recommend the hotel to anyone, please do your research before coming to this place That’s the truth I can’t say anything better about that hotel

Hotel was an average stay overall. Only thing not making it a higher rating is the rooms are just a bit outdated and could use some deep cleaning. Had some trouble with our shower and carpet. Housekeeping came in and helped out making us feel a bit better so definitely appreciate the communication between staff and willingness to make their guests feel comfortable.

This is the quietest hotel I have ever been in, great staff who were helpful with problem. Secure parking behind hotel, food and drink in the hotel. Within walking distance of downtown. Love it!
