Everything was great except for one thing , we had booked online, then decided to stay a couple extra days the website would not let me add on the days without it, charging an astronomical price. It was cheaper to make two reservations. Loved location.

The hotel was amazing. Its was absolutely a great experience, bar, Julian was the best!! It was absolutely gorgeous and more than what I expected as a first timer in Pittsburgh, Pa. Great location but parking was a nightmare under the hotel … and you have to pay $20 a night for it. Probably the worst parking set up I have experienced. Staff was not trained to be courteous nor efficient. My request for my room to be cleaned was not honored. When I called for towels they brought them to the wrong room, three doors down. It is VERY noisy in the rooms and the toilets flush loudly and violently. Know before you go that it’s a great location but not a great hotel.

The stay was fine.
The room was fine. There were a lot of amenities, including a dishwasher and microwave. The breakfast was pretty good (it was a little late the second morning as apparently some staff didn't show up on time). The shower door didn't shut all the way, so water got on the floor. The parking situation was a bit challenging (There are very few spots in the garage, so there had to be some double-parking with our keys being handed to the front desk in case the car needed to be moved). I think the room carpet could use a shampooing, as my feet got a bit dirty after walking around the room barefoot.

Front desk lady was not nice or helpful at ck in. She made it known she did not like Expedia. When I asked if extra bedding for the pull out sofa was in the room already, she said “I don’t know I’m not in the room”. We had stated 4 people on our reservation.

Great location! Easy to access from Hot Metal Bridge. Great shopping and entertainment nearby. Only con was parking. It has a very small lot. Had I known it was cheaper and easier to park across the street at a public lot, i would have done so.

Decent value for the money. Nice area. Right on the river. The rooms are extremely large, which is a very good value for the money. Lots of amenities in the room. Huge bathroom and shower. Hotel was slightly rundown, could use a little bit of upgrades. Our room was not very clean upon arrival. There was a glass of red wine on the table by the couch. The sheet on the bed was ripped. Even with those things, would still stay again because it was a good value for the money in that location and based on the size of the room. Comfortable bed.

I was visiting Pittsburgh for a wedding. I arrived early and was able to check in to my room, I was so happy that I could rest from a red eye flight. The check in staff were friendly and informative. Rooms are nice and spacious with blackout shades. Beautiful views of the river. The free breakfast was standard. Parking spaces were a little awkward. It was easy to walk to several restaurants, a Rite Aid and Aldi were also walkable in minutes. The hotel was mostly quiet except for a heavy footed guest above me and some people were loud my second night.
