I know this sounds weird, but the only thing I didn't like were the sliding bathroom door. There wasn't much privacy. Whoever walked in through the door could see into the bathroom.

The fact that breakfast is NOT included in the fairly expensive room rates is a big negative. I expected a cup of coffee and a muffin to be included and have to pay an additional $8.50 a person.

My husband took a video of a cockroach in our room and the lady would not refund our stay or anything. It was absolutely ridiculous. We came for our thanksgiving get together with our family who paid thousands of dollars and they couldn’t even refund our one room with a video clearly showing a cockroach on our floor. Super disappointed.
