For our first time staying in Pittsburgh, the hotel personnel were absolutely amazing and helpful. Great customer service by Anthony and Molly. The only thing I Did not like, the rooms need to be updated. Other than that, this is a great place to stay with your family.

Worse stay in all my life
This place is horrible. There is obvious water damage in the ceiling, cracks in the ceiling and Sheetrock on the wall. Not cleaned, literally dirt in corners. Spots all in the carpet. This is not the worse of it. The worse were the bugs. Found 3 in the room the day before checkout and also roaches while getting on the elevator. This is the worse conditioned hotel I have stayed in all of my 44 years of living. Housekeeping was even bad. The only good thing was Anthony at the front desk who checked us in. Do not stay here. Ewww!!!

The room was more spacious than imagined since I ordered a single room with a king size bed! It was quiet …and bed was heavenly. It soothed my already stressed nerves from a trip with much needed rest. Thank you too for the free breakfast!

Loved it! Traveling for a concert and was a perfect spot off the highway and not too far out of pittsburgh, but still not right in the city which was so nice! Lots of food and shopping around as well!

Stayed at this amazing hotel for 11 days/10 nights and have zero complaints! To be honest, I was a little skeptical about staying here after reading some of the reviews but decided to book anyways and I’m so glad I did! You can’t beat the price point for the quality and staff. Located behind Kohl’s and Hobby Lobby but I actually loved the location because it was quiet and away from traffic. Minutes to get into I 376. Conveniently located near Wal-Mart, Target, multiple shopping centers, Robinson Mall and TONS of restaurants. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be staying here in the future! Shoutout (but not limited to) Anthony, Nalica, Dustin and Jessica. I wish I got everyone else’s name but the staff was so friendly and truly made our vacation so much more special!
