Properties such as this one that charge a premium for amenities like a spa and pool need to make sure they're available and maintained for their guests to use and enjoy when they get there. That's why I chose and booked this place, only to find out I could use neither. This is the second time this has happened to me at a Spring Hill Suites property - there won't be a third.

Worst experience ever stayed 3 hrs and left. No hot water pool was ice cold hot tub was ice cold jets didn’t work. Office staff rude. Rust in the tub. They complained because I asked for a few more towels. Insanity will never stay or book through you guys again.

We were very impressed with how hospitable the staff was. Not only were they nice but they gave us recommendations on different places to visit. The place was in excellent condition and there was always a good hot breakfast the next morning.

The hotel is remodeling- so the colors are fresh- but there are no carpets so it is a bit noisy. The bed was very comfy- but the mattress is on a platform metal frame that is very loud with even the tiniest of movement. The pillows are DREAMY though!

Nice, clean. Comfortable bed. Very loud noise from the freeway, however. We had earplugs, since we always travel with them, so we were fine, but would recommend them in case your room faces the interstate.

The property is in a great location, accessible to markets, stores, and unlimited dining choices. However, the property for a Marriott was disappointing. The rooms need to be finished, and wires were visible where smoke detectors were removed. Light fixtures were completed as well. The bathroom needed to be updated, and Hot Water was limited. The renovation stopped as if the owner ran out of money or the contractors left. The curtains had stains, and the shower curtains were outdated. The pool area needs to be updated and cleaned. The pool chairs had stains on them, the whirlpool function was limited with minimal thrush, and the water was not hot. The reception area was excellent, and the morning buffet was good. The staff is friendly and attentive. Marriot CORP needs to invest in this property to meet the star standard. David Travel Advisor
