Our stay was an overall success . Btw we aren’t boujee people. We were in town for an event that was held in downtown Pittsburgh. The drive to downtown was about 25 min from this location so it was worth the price !! To our surprise our room was So clean , the bedding , the linens everything inside our room . It was safe and quiet , literally next door to a post office and down the road from all the fast food places and convenient stores you need. The Tanger outlet was about 10-12 min away and all your favorite chain restaurants about 15 min. Only Cons we experienced were the air conditioner kept clicking as if it was turning off and on and our key stopped working (which was easily replaced by staff). By the way all the staff were so nice and pleasant !! The motel has a smell of Curry :) , which we love curry so it didn’t bother us (it made us hungry most of the time) and the floors have many random dips so don’t come in intoxicated with heels on . But overall it’s somewhere we would definitely stay again ! Thank you

The room was good enough for one one-night stand, however, the bathroom was not clean enough. I found a pile of hairs in the sink and toilet paper in the toilet bowl. there was no iron in the room and you should ask the desk to give you one. shampoo and soap were for only one person, nevertheless, we were three. technically, there was no breakfast, although it was mentioned in the hotel introduction. it was only coffee. and a couple of fruit yogurts. Yogurt was given only by asking from the desk and not available on the counter.

Ripped off at Super 8 Canonsburg
Soupon arrival post payment thru the Hotels.com app I was FORCED by thehotwl front desk staff to grant the a so-called $50 deposit upon pain of proper room usage. I had to have the staff inspect the room upon check out, and the inspector tried to PRETEND that my charcoal tooth paste residue in the bathroom trashcan was tobacco smoking residue. Upon confirmation itost assur fly WASNT, I WAS GIVEN the all clear and then demanded that my $50 be refunded to me with a receipt in kind. I will never visit another Super8as long as I live and if such treatment happens just once more by ANOTHER Hotels.com affiliated property I will remove my account from this app and never use their services again either. What a disgrace. P.S. bring your punjabdialecttranslator if you visit there without it you will just be confused and ripped off. The bedbugs are just the icing on the cake to a very crummy experience across the board.
