Amazing! From the decor, to the staff, to the attention to detail. I became quite friendly with the front desk staff as I stayed for 6 days (was hiking in the Berkshires in early November). The bed, pillows, and chairs were all super comfortable, shower pressure was great, and the service was out of this world. Thank you to everyone!

Great location - right on the main street of Pittsfield. This is an old building with character -- translation - creaky floors, eclectic rooms (big), and not great sound insulation.

Boutique Hotel with a lot of Class
Loved the room, the comfort of the bed and the hotel as a whole had a great feeling. Petvfriendly, very reasonable fee for dogs!! Loved the restaurant as well! What we didn’t like was the 4pm check in and the 11am checkout. The real world is 3pm and 12pm.
