Welcome Condo Iris at the IT Residences on Coco Beach.  Your one-bedroom condo presents a comfy king bed, Smart TV, safe and balcony in the master suite.  Linens and towels are provided.  The adjacent bathroom sits right outside your door.  A sleep sofa and flat-screen Smart TV complete the living area.  And the fully-equipped kitchen is stocked with most major cooking necessities.  All rooms are appointed with air conditioning and wireless internet.

The IT Residences reside only a few blocks from Coco Beach, and only 1 block from the pedestrian boulevard, 5th Avenue.  Common areas are furnished with 2 lobbies, 2 rooftop swimming pools, a solarium, lounge bar, underground parking, and 2 luxurious restaurants.  Enjoy ocean views from the infinity rooftop pool with sunbeds.  The rooftop restaurant and bar allow you to sip cocktails while watching the world walk by below.

Misleading info
Condo was nice, paid extra for WIFI (not mentioned) Roof top was okay but part of it became a CLUB with music till Midnight.( not mentioned) We chose this place because it was not close to the night life.
