Place was beautiful, enjoyed the private bar and the vip seating on the beach. Abundance of towels are commendable. Things to improve on, internet on beach could be better, not steady signal. Specialty restaurants could be approved on. Overall, would definitely come back!!

We got a room with a swim up option which was great. Our room was located by the party pool, so it was very loud all day long. The beach and access were wonderful. Enough loungers that you didn’t have to rush out in the morning to claim one. The food was terrible. We only had 1 decent meal out of the 5 restaurants that we ate at. I would not stay here again solely based on the food.

Amazing All Inclusive Resort
Upon arrival, the service was great, the staff were all friendly, helpful, and informative. When arriving they make sure to get you and your luggage checked in quickly, so you’re able to enjoy your stay as possible. Drinks, food, shows and service were wonderful. They also have a shuttle ($4/per person) to take you down to Playa Del Carmen, an endless streets of vendors, restaurants and shops. Beach access and a ton of activities + excursions (at an extra costs). Great choice for an all inclusive!

Our experience was super first time, we had dinner at Chill out a beautiful experience, Luis the waiter served us and Hugo the manager approached us, they served us well, everyone greeted us very kindly, we made a reservation at Vaqueria Gracia, the waiters were all attentive, Barsai served us, then we went to eat Mama Mia and there Jose served us very attentive, Angela served us very cheerful she was Miso, in the Buffet we had Kristel who came from Family a very nice experience. We went to the game room very attended

After 8 times going to Mexico I can say this hotel was by far the worst, it was not a 5 star hotel, food was subpar and cold, only place restaurant with good service is mamma mia. The steak house had us wait over 45 minutes after our reservation before we were even seen. The animals are cute for the first day then get old quick stealing bags off you chairs. Overall bad experience much better places in Playa Del Carman to stay. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Everything was perfect I love the stay I would stay here again… food I rate a 10/10 I only had one issue when I checked in I was offered a free couple massage when it was time for me to check out. They tried charging me $130.00 when I gave them my coupon that i I was told to keep until check out and then when I gave it to the man, he said it still was going to be a service fee of $38 I had a flight to catch so I paid the $38 but that was unfair because it was supposed to be free!! no one said anything about a service fee..

Was a great experience other then the so called to many Aka Mexican monkey rats they were horrible
