This is an extremely large property for those who have trouble walking I would not recommend. We dined at a few restaurants and the services and drinks were great excellent. Breakfast options at main dining halls were plentiful. Beach is a bit rocky for my liking. Received the best most relaxing massage on the beach from a masseuse who I met on the beach and walked about 6minutes or so to an area that massages were taking place—-best part you can great deal with the locals for your massage.

The room was huge and the swimout was so worth it! The grounds were well maintained and the staff was great! The wildlife was so cool with the exception of the coaties which were quite annoying around the outside food areas. Over all we had an amazing stay, and we will definitely be back! The shows are awesome and a big shout out to our bartender Pedro and waitress Pathy!

Stayed 6 nights. Really enjoyed the all the greenery, landscaping, and natural wildlife (especially the monkeys). The coati are a little out of control around the pools and food stands. They steal your food right from you. The pools are wonderful, so many different pools and shapes of pools. A pool for every liking which was nice. The restaurants were excellent. The buffets were just that...buffet food, nothing special. The theater was big and had AC and nightly shows were very good. I enjoyed the nighly shows alot. The resort as a whole needs some updates and fresh paint in some areas but overall is beautiful. The staff was excellent.

We have a great stay at the Grand Princess Sunset. The access to the beach, beautiful grounds and convenience were all what we hoped for. The entertainment at night was nice and we enjoyed the silent disco one evening. The staff was very nice and helpful. Our only issue was the amount of coati (small wild animal like a raccoon) who were around the resort and beach. They would swarm us when we had food and tried to take my friend’s bag into the bushes.

This was the best resort we have ever been at. We love animals and got to see lots of coatie and monkeys while at the resort. We stayed at the sunset building at tje service was spectacular. We will be back.

Was a nice resort for the first time in Cancun area. Very big, though so it took forever to get anywhere. Coatis run rampant here though. Several people got bit by them and they will jump up and steal your food right off your plate and/or bite you for it. Very risky! Beautiful scenery and you can walk right onto the beach and swim. Beautiful area. Excursions were very fun. You have to pay for so many extras that we hadn’t experienced at other resorts in Mexico. People are constantly trying to sell you things anywhere you go, which is really obnoxious. You cannot truly relax with all of the pestering. And wear bug spray!! Mosquitoes are very bad.

Spent 5 days here with my family. While the place is very grand they can definitely use some updates. It is a bit dated. The staff was very friendly. I hate to say this but the food was not that great. We did have a really great meal at the steakhouse so make sure you hit that spot up. The only other thing that I wasn’t crazy about was literally everywhere you go someone is trying to upsell you something. It was way too much.

Super clean property and extremely friendly and helpful staff. We had a great time and we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing that wasn't great was the food. The buffet was mediocre most times

The staff at this resort was excellent. It made my stay worth it. The rooms could use major upgrades, all of them. This is an older resort so I would say for an older resort it was ok. I enjoyed most food, but could have more variety. Overall if youre on a budget and you want to travel with people this is an affordable all inclusive. The bus was amazing! We never waited long.

I wouldn't say this is a bad place to stay, especially for the money, however, I have stayed places in the same price ballpart that we liked better. I like bigger properties / resorts but this place was huge. Had to take a golf cart from staff to go to places, so felt like we didn't really get to see everything in our week there. Also the food was pretty bad. Only thing I enjoyed was fruits, salads and the club sandwich I wooofed down from Room Service because I was starving after not enjoying the food. Also after finding our our flight had been cancelled and we needed to stay one more night, the internet said they had rooms available but they said they could not add one night at front desk that it had to be done online. Doing it online required to book 4 night minimum. SMH that was dumb! It cost us an extra $600 to reserve a different airline. All in all, we will not return.

Food from the taco and hamburger stands was great. Food from the restaurant and buffet was not so great. Would have liked more options of clubs to go dancing etc. in the evenings.

The hotel and staff were great and the food was very good, even the buffets were better than average. Only downsides no shuttle service for non-platinum guests and I had selected an ocean view room and they had none to offer! Swear i paid more too! The front desk lady (Amina?) managed to get me an upper floor king suite though which was very nice. Oh and they were lacking decent entertainment.
