The resort was clean and all the staff were so nice and helpful. Food was delicious. I will say, it is hard to get reservations for restaurants but there are options that don’t require reservations. I would come back again with my family!

Loved how clean everything was food very good! Bummed Lazy river was closed we had to pay extra for entertainment coffee shop too far from our rooms.

Overall, great resort. Customer service lacking.
Overall, we really loved staying here. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, and the wildlife was so cool to see. The pools are gorgeous and fun and location was great too. The food was above average for an all inclusive and we really enjoyed getting to try all the restaurants. On to the negatives. We arrived at 11 and were told the room wasn’t ready yet(totally understandable, as check in is at 3). We were told the room would be ready by 3, and we came back at exactly 3. The front desk attendant must have stared at his computer for about 15 minutes without telling us what the issue was. We were told to come back in 10 minutes which we did. Once again the front desk worker just started at their computer screen without saying a word. Finally she said that we needed to come back again. I informed her that this was the 3rd time we had tried to check in. She then said she had a room available with a jacuzzi tub. We got to the room, and not only did it not have a jacuzzi tub, it was not a poolside room, as I had booked. When we called the front desk, they acted like we should have known the room wasn’t what we had paid for. We finally got the room we had booked, but this was wasn’t the best way to start our stay. The next thing was the lack of availability at the restaurants. They claim to close at 10pm. We got to one of them at 9pm and were told they had no availability because they were closed. When we complained, magically they had a table for us.

The pools and drinks are very good. The food in good, buffet was not great. Very difficult to get a straight answer for kids activities. Mis guided several times causing my 1 and 3 yo grandkids to make trips to the kids club unnecessarily because of only 1 hour time frame they could go. No one knew where the Kangaroo club was. When I did find it , no one showed there for 45 minutes after they opened, Also, rare shows in the evening without cost unless we traveled to the other resorts.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing, delicious and plentiful!! Highly recommend this place. The waterpark was fun too.
