We took my 6 year old son and we all had an absolutely amazing time! He also loved Club Nick and all the indoor activities. We really enjoyed breakfast smoothies at Le Spatula, the milkshakes at GoodBurger, and we were lucky enough to be there during a tiki night where they had BBQ on the beach. The waterpark and personal slime time was the best and we enjoyed all the evening shows at the Main Stage. I also loved the Karisma app they had us download so we could easily access the daily schedules and see what we could do during the day. We will definitely be back.

The water park was nice but it stayed crowded because they sell day passes to people outside the resort. With so many other people there it didn’t feel as secure as other AI resorts we have visited. You have to take a shuttle from the rooms to the restaurants and then to the water park. It is very inconvenient and usually crowded. The weather was nice while we were there but the power went out multiple times. The AC had a hard time keeping our room cool. There is one good restaurant but it requires a reservation. The other restaurants are buffets or hamburgers. We will not go back there again.

Great hotel. Service was a bit lacking but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Family had a blast. Considering another visit in the future.

Waiters and bellhops were nice and helpful. Nick club people were very energetic, engaged, entertained, and friendly. Food and restaurant were below our expectation for the price we paid. They may need to do better with sound proofing their rooms. We were in the penthouse room and were able to hear people talking and slamming their doors at nights. Also, many hotel guests were picking up their food at the buffets with their fingers/hands.

El servicios y las instalaciones son realmente malas, el precio es parecido al del hotel xcaret, sin embargo, le falta mucho para estar a la altura. La habitacion se veía descuidada incluso un día amaneció todo el pasillo lleno de agua que caía del techo, necesitan impermeabilizar y darle mantenimiento a las instalaciones urgentemente. Adicional a que nuestra estancia fue de tres noches y cuatro días y no se nos permitió hacer reservación en el restaurante de las tortugas ninja, debido a “la alta demanda” para que prometen algo que no van a cumplir o que no pueden abastecer!!?? La peor experiencia en vacaciones en mucho tiempo, además de demasiado costoso para lo que es.

We had a great time at the property the last day our flight left late so we checked out at the time and the took our bracelets off and gave us a check out bracelet and said we could use the facilities but when we tried to go to lunch they said it was only for checked in guest so that was disheartening.

From the minute, we arrived at the hotel nobody really gave good instructions as to how to find a room and that we had to turn in the ticket to the concierge to be able to get our luggage brought up to the room we thought they just do it automatically and we waited over 1hr and since nobody was coming I went to talk to concierge when I told him we still didn’t have our bags he said you never turnes in you never turned in your ticket and he seem bothered by the situation. The room is also super small looks nothing like the one on the photo from the website. They also did not provide linens for the sofa bed in room. It was also my son’s birthday and I asked if they could offer something for him they said that I could order a cake, but I would have to wait until the next day he was really upset, I explained I had tried to to email concierge and they never responded, I also slipped in the room as it would get extremely wet. I also got an allergic reaction to something at the hotel I told them and they did not care. I had to come straight to the Urgent Care. Horrible Experience Overall.
