Everything was amazing from the staff to the specialty restaurants. Only thing i will say is there was a lot of kids left unattended during the evening entertainment shows , the kids were running around jumping off the stage and running on the stage while the evening shows were going on, the staff tried to ask the kids to sit but they didnt listen and the parents did not care. The main buffet and beach buffet quality of food isnt the greatest as it was previously when i stayed, may be due to the covid issues still affecting the resort. Overall its worth it especially the private entrances to the Xcaret park next door. This resort offers unlimited access to the park next door for a fee which is worth it.

all was good. the only thing we could not stand is the music at the beach area was SO LOUD. 6-7 hours of non stop loud music was unbearable. same kind, annoying. not healthy for either adults or kids. we were able to use beach for few hours in the early morning until bar opens along with music. beach is very nice if we could hear ocean waves and relax.

The hotel has some beautiful views, however rhe staff is very unhelpful and not friendly at all except for Nancy, she a the captain of the waiters. The food was such a disappointment. Food qas terrible, the taste and quality.

The food was OK, buffets were mostly repetitive. We didn’t find but few authentic Mexican options, items like quesadillas were unavailable. Opportunities: Check-in and Luggage Delivery: Upon arrival, we entrusted our luggage to the bellboy, were told it would be promptly delivered to our room. After a lengthy check-in process and a forced return to the lobby to get a functioning room key, it took another 30 minutes to get our luggage Room Condition: The bathroom sink was cracked; Both sofa cushions were stained, with unclear origins (e.g., oil, wine, other?). Despite requesting replacement, they were never changed, forcing us to cover them with towels. Adult-Only Pool Area: Children were often present despite the multiple family-friendly pools available. This, along with guests drinking inside the pools, leaving empty cans and glasses -many ended inside the pool-, suggested a lack of supervision. Dress Code: At the Steak House, we observed guests dressed in Tank & shorts despite a stated dress code. The hostess indicated she was unable to enforce the policy. All-inclusive? we were surprised by the extra charges for certain wines, liquors and food We believe that with better oversight into cleanliness, logistics, organization, and policy enforcement, the resort has great potential.

The food was horrible and our room smelled like mould. our room was SO far away from the elevator or stairs it was laughable. NOPE!

Overall enjoyed our stay. Grounds are beautiful, situated close to Xcaret and oceanside. Lots of wild life. Food was not bad, lots of options to choose from at the buffet. Restaurants had an odd requirement of pants for guys but ladies could show up nearly in beach attire. Housekeeping was very inconsistent (had to call multuple times for various things that were missing in the room upon our arrival (ie. Tv remote, extra bed sheets, blanket, pillows for the sofa bed as we were travelling with a kid, extra towels (room was supplied with 2 towels only)). Two days our room was missed completely. Time share folks could get annoying. Vendors for extra activities were readily available.

The adult pool was awesome. The area was nice. The food was not that good. Dislike the pushy salesmans that sit at the hotel entrance and keep bugging to do a tour of the VIP section. To sell a time share. Constantly having to tell them no!

The pool and beach areas were great! Our concerns were the lack of hot water and direction signs for navigating the property. The rooms needed updating, for instance there was no room for chairs so we had to sit on our beds. There needed to be more adult only areas for those who wanted to enjoy a child free vacation.
