DO NOT DO IT! No hot water for 2 days, moved to another room and no water pressure, major electrical issues in the second room. Couldn’t even shut the lights off to go to bed! Barely any options for beer, food portions in the the Hibachi restaurant were laughable, which was already booked first thing every morning. Carts and side by sides from staff go by all hours of the night/morning. Good luck sleeping in if you want! People got sick (including me) due to the apparent recycling/reuse of plastic cups? We ended up leaving two days early. What a WASTE of vacation time and money! It was SO FRUSTRATING, been home 3 days and it is still infuriating. What a joke, this place is trash, don’t be an idiot like me, don’t do it!

The property had a bad smell all over - likely has drainage issues. The beach is small, brownish and full of seaweed. The pool area is overcrowded- if you don’t wake up at 6am to reserve your beach chair by leaving your stuff you won’t get any place. The rooms are very basic - no bathtub, mirror only in the bathroom, small and crumped closet with sliding doors that don’t open all the way and no dresser. Food is mediocre. Staff seem overwhelmed and overworked - they try their best though. Overall does not deserve the reviews or stars !

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was nothing short of amazing. The staff were beyond friendly and incredible. The food was some of the best we've had at an all inclusive. We will certianly be back and for a longer duration.

Just returned from 10 days in this wonderful resort. The staff and service were exceptional; so friendly! We tried all the food apart from the Japanese restaurant and enjoyed everything. Good vegetarian options. The room was spacious and immaculately cleaned every day. Beach and pool areas were bliss! Can’t wait to return as soon as we can!

We have been to Mexico at least 8 times over the pas 30 years and have never experienced anything like this. The power was off frequently for hours at a time and there was never enough hot water for two people to shower in a row. We had maintenance people in our unit to repair broken lights, faulty toilet, water leaking and lack of proper door lock for the first five days of our two week stay. Maid didn’t show up two days, had to call down for towels and water three times. You have to pay extra if you want more soap and other toiletries. Seriously. The beach is small and not particularly lovely in any way. Not a good experience at all. Restaurants closed without notice regularly. Given different menus in restaurant we had reservations for (based on the menu) twice. The staff were very professional and helpful and the food was very good, however this resort is not one I would ever recommend or return to.

The staff was simply amazing, so friendly, and always helpful. Made our stay amazing. Only some simply complaints; music around the pools (on almost all the day time 9:00-6:00pm) asked them to turn it down, but did not comply. Many other guests found it rather annoying as well. Also the power went out two nights over our 4 night stay and then was off for around 5 hours (the worst part was no A/C and no-one was able to ever explain what was going on and how long it would last. SImply updating the guests would have gone a long way. Other than that an amazing time was had by the six of us at your beautiful resort.
