4 star for the service as it missed our luggage pick up and was late for scheduled pick up time; Air conditioning wasn't working and we had to walk to Lobby to report; Direct line to Front Desk never worked for us; beach overall is great, except for some rocks, not as good as the beach beside it; 1Japanese restaurant cannot be reserved in app, and we had to wait in line for 1h for it; And what's worse, we doubt the food in that Sakura restaurant has caused everyone in our group to have diarrhea and vomitting and even low fever. Overall nice place to spend your vacation, but we won't go back.

We went to the ocean riviera paradise and stay for a week in the daisy section. The staff was really good, we asked for double beds instead of king bed. Also, our room had an issue and it got resolved very fast. The hotel is older and it can get upgraded, like the beds are not the best and you can see that the facilities are a little old, however they are very clean and the service is excellent. I would recommend to book your restaurant options early morning and check all the shows and activities on the website (the hotel gives you a code when you arrive). Cons, we really did not like the towel service, where there is a charge if you loose a beach towel (since you might end with one less or one more after). We love all the different areas, in this hotel you need to do a little walking (there is also a cart that you can take). Our kids loved the water park and the teens section. Food is also good.

Ocean riviera paradise was a wonderful experience. Though the amenities, experience and food were overall excellent, it was the staff that really stood out. First off, Miriam at the front desk was incredibly welcoming from the minute we walked into the door Maria from guest services checked in with us every day to ensure all our needs were met Celeste from the entertainment team at el Beso never failed to amp up the resort and got all of us engaged in the activities Jessica from our evening entertainment always made sure we had a blast and lastly the team at Mike's coffee, Madahi, Clara, Sonia and Karina were always wonderful and made excellent coffee!
