First time at this resort after staying in multiple in the Cancun area, and we cannot recommend this adult only resort enough! We definitely recommend getting a swim out room, it is worth the extra money to have a private pool to relax in. The food was great, very upscale and the buffet had great options. The drinks were very strong, and we had a great bartender at the pool bar, Fernando! He was so friendly and knew a ton a drinks to recommend. The report is very walkable, and the beach is very accessible. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a great time but this is not a 5 star. Our lock didn’t work on our room and the animals learned to open the door and rummage around. Same goes for everyone we talked to. The restaurants were the highlight of the hotel. Bell boys were great as well. Very limited places to smoke which is odd to us. The place wasn’t horrible but the pictures online are definitely not what it looks like today. Too many cats and coatis for us to return.

This property was absolutely amazing! The pictures do not do it justice! The rooms were spacious and clean, while the outdoor areas were always clean & ell maintained! The wildlife was a fun part of the trip, as there were many little critters running around. The staff went above and beyond in everything they did, they were friendly and helpful. I found this to be the case everywhere in this area, from the airport, to the folks in transportation, to locals we encountered during excursions! The food was pretty good, several restaurants to chose from, I found my way around the buffet to what exactly I liked. At times the buffet food was cold, but they had an omlette station that we found out was quite delicious! I will be back to this property in the future, and next time I'll bring my entire family!

The reseort was peaceful yet lively as well. Staff was happy and genuine, very respectful and appreciative. Most of the restaurants food was good. Skylight was not included in the all inclusive but a must try. Food was delicious and service was exceptional. Love the Aroma the international restaurant as well. Only thing is the junior suite washrooms do need a little upgrading but other than that room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

We had a great time at the resort. The best part was the staff. They were friendly and very accommodating. Our concierge Arturo was incredible. He decorated my friend’s room for her birthday and made our spa reservations. My room was spacious and we enjoyed a wide variety of meals!!
