Good size for us, you were able to get to know the staff. This is not a gigantic facility which we liked. The staff were great, friendly, helpful, very attentive, specifically the service staff and activities staff, specifically Eric. Plenty of activities to break up the day to keep teens & adults busy if you were not planning to leave the property. Very good restaurants also with friendly, helpful staff. The rooms were nice, except for the size of the beds We are a family of four with teenagers and the beds were doubles. We assumed we could get a rollaway and they did not have any. There is a huge tub in the room that takes up space. Would make more sense to see a pull out couch or queen beds. Everything else in the room was great. Large shower with separate sink area. I would recommend this place to others. Thank you

Service was great. Front desk check-in process could be quicker. Great smaller property with nice beach and pool. Enjoyed with four other families and lots of pool volleyball and activities. Entertainment was great. We went over Christmas week. Can’t go wrong with palace. If I could change one thing it would be queen beds. :) thanks!

It is a compact property.I was very disappointed at first since we always stayed in bigger resorts.However I find the resorts to be somehow boutique resort. Good restaurants option and great coffee shop however it is lacking on night entertainment. Very close to 5th Ave.Room was clean.Expedia VIP is a joke. Overall recommended.

We had a great experience overall. Very courteous and attentive staff across the board. Jacuzzi in the room when in use leaked water on the floor Shower drain positioning on the floor doesn't seem to gather the water...leaves a puddle of water on the floor in which you end up standing. Some room for improvement, but great overall.

Overall this was one of the best if not the best stay we had in an all inclusive resort. The staff in particular was amazingly devoted and friendly. This can't be understated. Best Hotel staff ever. We had a lot of fun with the multilingual pool staff, the restaurant staff was amazing running to fetch meals for our -spoiled- kids. We also appreciated being able to take the ferry and spending a day snorkeling at their sister hotel on Cozumel. The room was beautiful, clean and well-maintained, with plenty of complimentary drinks and snacks in the room. The food was excellent, but we wished the buffet had more local dishes. Here's the few points they could improve: 1-Include an airport shuttle. 2- Have more authentic Mexican (not texmex!) items at the buffet. 3- Lose the point system and the "this is not a timeshare" sales pitches on the first and last day. This puts your guest in a bad mood coming in and going out.

The hotel told me I have $120 credit when they arrived they told me I didn’t activate it. Also I fell in the hotel and hurt my back and nobody even called to check how I’m doing. Of course I’m going to have a lawsuit against the hotel I already been to the chiropractor here in Cancun, but this hotel The only thing they care it’s nickel and dime we pay good money for this hotel and they don’t take care of the customer. They just nickel and dime you.
