Very satisfied with the service of William, Aberardo, Jeremias and Felix. Everyone works very hard and I hope management appreciates their hard work. The lady that checked us in was terrible didn’t explain absolutely anything about the hotel. She definitely doesn’t like her job I would not have her in that position. Over all I like this hotel and hope to return soon 😊.

Fun place with lots of activity. Good god. We are at the Italian restaurant, Asian, and Mexican. All great food. Buffet had anything and everything you could want. Beautiful lobby and bar area. Pools were great. Beach is a short walk down a beautiful path or you can get a ride in golf cart. Beautiful palms trees at beach and water was perfect. Everything about this property is fantastic. The only complaint I have is the food at the buffet is alright. I feel like certain foods get recycled to the next day or change in quality. Besides this, I would definitely stay at another RIU again.

Food is terrible. The drinks are terrible. The breakfast staff in the buffet are not accommodating. Do not recommend! Defenitely not the same experience as Palace property. Stayed in Riu Palace Mexico twice and you can’t compare it.

RIU Tequila is always amazing! This was our second visit this year. Customer service is great! Food was fantastic as always. Great entertainment and extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!! We will be back!!
