Property fantastic! Room maintenance over the years has been a bit sloppy but the room was very clean with a fantastic view. Dining was fantastic as well and it's hard to imagine a more beautiful beach. Staff was very accommodating and friendly and while seemed very appreciative of tips did not treat us any differenly on occasions that we forgot to bring cash for tip. Drinks were fantastic as well. The only real negatives were non working elevators for the duration of our syay in our building(2000 building) and smoking outside of the designated smoking areas was not enforced at all including the resort owned beach area. Being as we are both very sensitive to the smell and the dirtiness of using the sand as an ashtray this was upsetting.

So you have to make reservations to all the restaurants except the buffet which wouldn’t be an issue but there was no opening to any of the restaurants even though you go and see 15 plus tables open . You have to call a manger or guest service in order to get on the reservation I even tried to reserve a day ahead and no opening

Most of the staff did not seem to care if we needed anything or help Beto the bellboy and Kenna the concierge were both outstanding they are the only reason our vacations wasn’t a complete disaster The Italian restaurant was terrible the food was below average A

The adult side was smaller than described. It was way to many kids in the adult area which I didn’t like since I paid for adults only. There should be at least 4 restaurants for the adults side but it wasn’t. The hotel is way too big, I had to wait for a shuttle just to get around. I didn’t feel comfortable in the adult section since so many kids had access to the beach area near the adults side. I feel like they should just cancel the adult side. It’s useless !

Very clean, friendly staff, huge buffet and great food. Beach area super nice. Only thing I wouldn’t give 5 stars is because the pool close very early and theres no bar/bar waitress around after 6pm in the pool and beach area. Which makes the area very boring. Also keep in mind in the summer (busy season) the restaurants are all reserved 3/4 days ahead. So if you don’t reserve them your only option would be the buffet (great food).
