I can’t say enough good things about this place. There were a few “Karen” reviews that made me nervous, but our experience was top notch. The property was unbelievable, the food was excellent and amenities were above and beyond. CANNOT wait to come back! It is going to be hard to go anywhere else!

Jaime at the pool is so lovely and made sure to tale care of us everyday. The servers in the restaurants were always helpful and ready to answer amy questions we had. The biggest shout out goes to Axel who took care of our room everyday. He was absolutely the BEST! We like to keep our room clean and organized, but he made it so easy. Our room was absolutely spotless everyday! We will be back!

I absolutely loved this place. I’ve been to many different all inclusive resort and this is by far the best. The landscape, pool, restaurant and room is beautiful. I upgraded my room to the swim up room and it was amazing. Super clean and friendly staff. Don’t hesitate to book this place!

The staff was very attentive and was always willing to go above and beyond.. wether it was stopping you in the hallways to help you with your bag or cleaning your sunglasses for you if they noticed they looked a little smudged.. I always appreciated the hospitality their team truly had. As far as the ambiance, the property is stunning, just up until it meets the water. The beach is nothing special to look at which was a bummer, I spent 0 time on the beach and just hung out at their pools. Secrets Moxché does a wonderful job with the upkeep of the property, the landscaping and cleanliness was a 10/10. The onsite activities the resort hosts such as karaoke or pool games were always a hit. The live entertainment was comparable to a Vegas show, very talented individuals and a great production team. Now while all of that sounds amazing was it worth the $$$.. would I stay here again? Probably not…Unfortunately our AC was constantly going out, the Power would go out multiple times a day…lights constantly flickering on and off. The amount of extra fees we would come across for food and beverage was also a little bit of a sticker shock. I think we accidentally ended up buying a bottle of Kim Crawford at dinner for $100? Insanity. But I get it, although I felt a little tricked seeing it was an all inclusive resort. The prices at the spa were also slightly high, somewhat to where I felt like my massage was not worth what I had paid. Lastly food was a 4/10, no comment…

Secrets Moxche was beautiful, the food was amazing, and all of the staff was courteous, and more than willing to help. Our room was beautiful and located in a great spot. We knew the beach was going to be small and just spent a few minutes there as we really focus on the pools, so the small beach was not an issue for us. While the pools are all gorgeous, especially the Lagoon Pool, the pools all stopped circulating water / filtering for one day in the middle of our trip. They all lost about 6-7 inches of water due to evaporation, which in turn made the pool water very very warm. This is not typically a problem, but when it is hot out and you want to cool down, it almost was warmer and hotter getting in the pools. Especially the Main pool by the beach and the middle pool as they are both darker / black pools. We were able to cool off in our Private Pool as we had a swim up. Shortly after the pools had the issue, there was a power outage in the resort. It was not long, but there were people trapped in elevators that were not too happy. Whatever fixed the power outage, shortly after fixed the circulating / filtering issue with the pools. But for the remaining 3 days we were there, the pools never gained back the lost water and stayed really warm. The only other issue we had was there were a lot of Kudamundi (Raccoon like animals) on the property. In the evenings they really came out and would jump out of trash cans. Otherwise we would stay at another Secrets.

Great property, rooms are amazing. Food and drinks were up to standard. Wish the dress code and other information on the property was informed at moment of check-in. Pool bars do close at 6pm, which was a bummer. But the bartenders were so nice especially Arnold. overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing stay at this resort. Love how big the resort is and the many pools. One day it was nice to be in the main pool but another day it is nice to find a quiet spot in one of its many pools. The food was fantastic as well. The beach was rocky and difficult to get into but it we still enjoyed laying out by the ocean and hearing the waves. They had cool events at the restaruant by the ocean like a fire show for dinner and special food nights like an Asado night. Hospitality was great. A resort I would go back to.

This trip was amazing!!! From the minute we arrived the private shuttle company was waiting for us! the driver was absolutely nice and took us straight to the hotel. When we arrive to secrets Moxche, the gentleman at the front of the hotel his name is Ivan Martinez was waiting for us so nice and he was on top of every single detail he got our luggage took us right away to the room and made us feel at home. He should be the Manager! This guys was on top of everything and taking care of everyone! we had something to enjoy every day like a fire show a candlelight concert we had the night of Mexico. The food was excellent in every restaurant! taco food truck every night with desserts waiting for all the guest me entretaiment team was amazing they made you move. They were so funny. All the excursions that we got were amazing to Tulum Chichén Itza Xcaret. the hotel staff were amazing super nice and they make sure we were taking care of at the front desk anytime I had a question they were right there to help us at the end of our trip it was when everything happened with the flights because of Microsoft and I called the front desk and they were super helpful and told us that if for some reason or we had our flights cancelled that they would host us and they would honor our rate. Adelina the lady that help us and host us in our room. Made sure our room was clean and to perfection every day! All the staff at Secrets Moxche are professionals and absolutely amazing! We will be back!
