This was our 4th stay at Valentin and as always, they did not disappoint. We took my 79 year old mom, two sister and a brother-in-law for their first visit there. They also loved the resort!! We went during was evidently a quiet week. No wait for dinner and the pools were quiet and half full. Sadly the beach was rocky and we couldn't go into the water(we were told due to the hurricane that recently passed through). We were disappointed as we spent so much time in the water on our last visit. Thank you Valentin for another wonderful trip!

We absolutely LOVED this place and can’t wait to go back next year. The staff are amazing and the food was so good! The only reason I didn’t leave a 5 star was because our room smelled very musty/mildew but I also know it’s hard with all the humidity.

This is the first adults only resort that my husband and I went to, after 4 refular ones. Here are some of our thoughts. We are big foodies, if thats you, you are in luck, the food is great! Mostly, the sushi restaurant was fantastic, sushi and sashimi is what we ate mostly, went back 3 times. Other restaurants are good too, depends what you like to eat, overall very satisfied with food. Cons with food, there isnt a place where you can come and grab ready food without having to sit down and order or go to the buffet. That was a bit inconvenient but not a deal breaker. We really value the beach, unfortunately after the hurricane the beach has become quite rocky, where i couldnt swim because it hurt my feet going in, so grab some water shoes if you want to enjoy swimming. The pool closes at 7pm, but weve swam at night no problem, unless youre being stupid, no one will kick you out. Room was cleaned almost daily, which was great. Room service food was surprisingly good. Cons about the bars, theres usually a long wait time for your drinks since theres alot of people constantly ordering. But also not a deal breaker. Fair warning to anyone thats susceptible to being eaten alive by mosquito:bring bug spray and anti itch cream just incase. I got bitten up pretty bad before i went and spent a fortune on bug spray and itch cream at thr gift shop. They do have a communal bug spray at the outside bars, but i feel like for the price of this hotel, they should have one in the rooms.

Valentín is a great place for adults looking a combination of fun and relaxing time. It has night live entertainment, staff very much friendly, property is gorgeous. A minor detail the patio door was very heavy to open. Thank you Abdiel at the beach bar, Nayeli hostess, Manuel and Joel at the buffet, Javier at the golf carts so many beautiful, friendly people.

We loved the hotel and grounds. Top shelf everything. We are not big foodies so the fancy restaurants were wasted on us. Everyone else seemed to love them. We goto the riviera maya a few times a year and this resort is one of our favorites.

Everything here was amazing. Not a bunch of crazy partying. Activities all day every day. Everyone was welcoming. Food was good at all places. Except taman sari we didnt try that one. Chefs table at L'olivo was beyond delicious and an unique experience We would highly recommend it.

The property was beautiful and the staff was so kind. I have a very severe shellfish allergy and they always asked before each meal, there were plenty of options at each restaurant for me to eat as well.

Absolutely beautiful property. Just the right amount of sandy beaches and Jungle/Island Greenery. Staff were incredibly nice, kind and attentive. Restaurants had amazing food. All around GREAT place to stay. Will definitely be back.

Resort is beautiful and staff was amazing. The only inconvenience is they do not offer airport shuttle services. You have to book your own ahead of time.

Overall great experience for our first trip to Mexico! Everything was a couple minute walk from where we were staying (building 2). All the food we had was great. I would have liked a posted schedule of events, the app was difficult to use at times. It was also hard to find the drink menu.
