This bright 3 bedroom, 2 bath, single level newly renovated open floor plan home offers sleeping for 6, a dedicated work space and a lovely private back deck. Deck includes wifi, bbq, dining table for 6 and a large comfortable outdoor sofa perfect for working, relaxing or socializing in our warm California climate.
The primary suite comes with a queen bed, recliner chair and a 52” LG smart tv with Roku. Guest bedroom #2 comes with a queen bed, large closet and 40” LG smart tv. Primary suite bathroom has separate shower, jetted tub and separate toilet. Guest bedroom #2 has a queen bed, large closet and tv. Guest bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds in a pull out trundle as well as a dedicated office space. All bedrooms have room darkening shades and ceiling fans. Open living room has a gas fireplace. Driveway has parking for 3 vehicles. Please note, garage is not accessible.
If your visit is for work, this property is a short drive to Stanford Valley Care Hospital, Lawerence Livermore National Lab and Sandia National Lab, Sutter Health Center, Workday, LaRoche Molecular, 10X Genomics, Safeway Corporate to name a few.
