Basement with large usable space for den, hobby room or office/exercise space walks out to stone patio. Powder room, storage area and laundry also conveniently located in the basement. Full pull-down attic and generous closets provide ample storage. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout (currently covered by tenant rugs). The tenant is responsible for everything except for water. 2 parking spaces are also included. This is a must see.
