Very nice location and very nice view for this stone house but with modern comfort (WiFi, TV 80cm, underfloor heating, fitted kitchen, many openings)...

- Completely renovated (2011), it is bright, functional and warm,
- Enclosed grounds of 1000 m²,
- 300m from the sea, the GR34 and the pier for the island of Bréhat,
- In a very calm environment,
- Living area of 80 m²,
- Rental for 5 people.
- Charges included (water, electricity, wifi, tourist taxes, except cleaning). Heating is of course included in winter / autumn. Floor heating on the ground floor, individual radiators upstairs.

 ! The stove / chimney is unfortunately out of service!

Ground floor:
Entrance onto a large living room with its beautiful staircase which separates two spaces: the first with its (equipped) kitchen, its central island and a large farmhouse table. Finally, the second with the living room. 6 openings provide beautiful light throughout the day as well as a view of the garden. Behind the house, a utility room with freezer, washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs:
The landing with its sea view serves the three bedrooms and the bathroom.
A bedroom of 14m² with double bed of 160 and storage, beautiful sea view.
A second bedroom of 9m² with double bed of 140 and storage, sea view.
A third bedroom of 8m2 with a cot with bars.
And the bathroom with bath, basin and suspended toilet.

Bed linen is provided but not bath towels.
Deposit of 1000 euros returned at the exit after the inventory.

Great holiday house

Beautiful property in a wonderful spot
The house is in a great location close to the sea and the ferry to the Ile-de-Brehat. It is comfortable, spacious and very well equipt. We were travelling with a baby and there is virtually everything you need if you have a young family in tow. The garden is large, well kept and fully enclosed. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone wishing to visit the Cote d'Armour.

Tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage
Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus sehr genossen! Das Haus ist schön restauriert und hat einen sehr großen Garten für Spiele im Freien. Auch bei kleinen Problemen mit der Einrichtung haben wir sofort Hilfe erhalten. Es gibt leckere Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung. Die malerische Isle de Brehat ist durchaus mehrere Besuche wert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Maison très belle dans un cadre enchanteur
La maison correspond tout à fait aux photos et à la description. La maison est bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Mais surtout elle est très belle, très lumineuse, rénovée avec goût et des matériaux de qualité. Le jardin est très grand et avec de nombreuses fleurs. Le propriétaire veille à ce que tout se passe le mieux possible, et Marie Hélène qui assure l’accueil des voyageurs le fait avec beaucoup de gentillesse et reste toujours disponible. C’est une des meilleures location que nous avons fait ces dernières années. Nous la conseillons vivement! Si vous y allez, surtout ne manquez pas d’aller sur l’île de Bréhat, l’embarcadère est à deux pas de la maison et c’est un lieu magique.

Eine Woche bei Ploubazlanec
Herrliches Haus, ein echtes Highlight. Unterstützung durch den Gastgeber fernmündlich jederzeit möglich, persönliche Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort auch. Unweit von Brehat, den Orten Paimpol und St. Brieuc, überall möglich, auf den Spuren des Zöllnerwegs zu wandern. Etwas entferner das Haus zwischen den Felsen bei Plougrescant und die roten Felsen der Küstenlandschaft. Wunderschön!

Es war eine tolle Woche. Das haus und der garten waren einfach wunderbar. Marie Helène hat uns sehr gut und sehr freundlich alles erklärt. Wir sind vom Haus und von der Umgebung sehr begeistert. Sollten wir nochmal in die Bretagne kommen ist das unser erstes Ziel.

Charmant Bretons huis vlakbij zee
We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in Ploubazlanec. - Prachtig authentiek Bretons huis, dat vanbinnen helemaal aan de eisen van deze tijd voldoet. - Grote tuin - Op loopafstand van zee - Vriendelijke ontvangst en tips voor de omgeving door Marie-Helene - Tussendoor e-mail contact met de eigenaar die informeerde of alles goed ging - Prachtige streek. Mooie kustpaadjes, bloemenpracht en natuurlijk die diepblauwe zee. Ile de Brehat is dichtbij, maar ook de roze granietkust is goed aan te rijden. Echt een aanrader!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est charmante, la literie très confortable. La proximité de la mer et du GR34 est très appréciables. Idéal pour aller sur l'île de Bréhat (embarcadère accessible également à pied). Les propriétaires sont soucieux de notre bien être et Marie-Hélène est une personne charmante.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt!
Sehr schönes Haus mit großem Garten. Wunderbar gelegen. Kurzer Weg bis zum Meer. Kein Sandstrand. Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Man sollte ein wenig französisch können, alternativ klappt es auch sehr gut mit einer Übersetzungs-App 😉

Tolles Haus in extrem schöner Umgebung
Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Super Einrichtung und top gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es liegt zwar am Hang und daher ist der Weg zum Wasser etwas steiler, aber das war kein Problem und die Aussicht war dadurch traumhaft. Der Vermieter und die Verwalterin waren jederzeit ansprechbar und selbst mit nur geringen Französischkenntnissen kamen wir immer ans Ziel. Wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder.

Wir haben in diesem Kleinod zwei wundervolle Wochen verbracht. Das Haus entspricht den Fotos und ist wirklich zauberhaft. Kommunikation und Check-In/-Out sind völlig problemlos. Der Vermieter und seine Hilfe vor Ort sind superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist toll. Bis zum Meer sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß und der morgendliche Blick aus dem Schlafzimmerfenster auf das Archipel von Bréhat ist zauberhaft. Der große Garten bietet genügend Platz zum Grillen und für Gartenspiele. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Ein kurzer Hinweis für Badefreudige: Die Tide ist dort enorm. Der Höhenunterschied liegt bei etwa 10 Metern. Das Ufer ist steinig, was dem Schwimmspaß aber keinen Abbruch tut. Badeschuhe sind allerdings sind dabei aber ziemlich praktisch. Alles in Allem ist das Haus absolut empfehlenswert für Familien mit Kindern (egal welches Alter) oder auch Ruhesuchende. Wir können es nur empfehlen!

Tolles Haus mit großem Garten zum Entspannen
Wir verbrachten eine wundervolle Woche in diesem wunderschönen, geschmackvoll renoviertem Haus. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr modern und die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und hat einen wunderschönen großen Garten, in dem es sich wunderbar entspannen läßt. Unvergesslich bleiben die Eindrücke der Abenddämmerung, wie man sie entweder bei einem kurzen Spaziergang ans Meer, oder noch einfacher, mit einem Blick aus dem Dachfenster genießen kann.

Traumhaftes Häuschen mit schönem Blick aus dem Schlafzimmerfenster.
Das Haus ist wundervoll. Hell, individuell und modern. Alles sauber und einladend. In der Wohnküche macht das Kochen Freude. Das Haus ist geeignet für eine ganze Familie … wir waren zu zweit und auch da war die Größe prima. Der Garten ist nicht einsehbar, gepflegt und mit vielen schönen Pflanzen versehen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und zur Hausverwaltung sind wunderbar einfach und unkompliziert … Voraussetzung: beherrschen der französischen Sprache oder eine gute Sprach-App mit Übersetzer. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge und Spaziergänge perfekt. Die Umgebung ist pittoresk und idyllisch. Wenn man ins Restaurant oder zum Einkaufen möchte, dann muss man fahren. Ploubazlanek bietet aber alles was man braucht - und wenn doch was fehlt, dann lohnt ein Ausflug ins hübsche Paimpol auch immer. Die Fähre nach Bréhat ist fußläufig zu erreichen und auch einige Strände und Küstenabschnitte. 4Autominuten entfernt gibt es frische Austern und Meeresfrüchte direkt vom Züchter. Wer Troubel, Cafés und Flaniermeilen sucht, der ist hier falsch. Wer Ruhe und einen schönen Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge sucht, der ist hier genau richtig. Ich würde dieses Häuschen jederzeit wieder mieten.
