Idyllic location, especially for children
Many thanks to Justine and her family for sharing their beautiful spot with us. Unfortunately it was just a short stay, but this is a beautifully renovated house with extensive garden and great access to all the local sites. Highly recommended.

A perfect place
We spent 12 nights in this very pleasant holiday home. The hostess was always available and very friendly. Our children were allowed to roam freely around the grounds, which was very exciting for little explorers! The house is located in a normal residential neighbourhood and you can spend time in the garden undisturbed and unobserved. The location was ideal for us to visit the many sights of Brittany from there. We felt very comfortable in the house. The rooms are cosy and the bedrooms even have shutters. The kitchen is also well equipped. However, a larger pot in which you could cook spaghetti for 5 people would not be a bad thing. We would rent the house again! Schƶner, ruhiger Aufenthalt bei hilfsbereiten Gastgeberin im Nachbarhaus
Trotz eher kĆ¼hlem Regenwetter Mitte Juni war es im Haus behaglich warm, die Heizkƶrper konnten nach persƶnlichem Empfinden reguliert werden. Bad und KĆ¼che waren auf neuestem Stand eingerichtet, sehr praktisch auch die HochstĆ¼hle in der KĆ¼che fĆ¼rs schnelle FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck. Der nicht einsehbare Garten mit Griller ist bei Schƶnwetter fĆ¼r eine Familie perfekt, um den recht hohen Restaurantpreisen zu entkommen. Die vielen Stufen kƶnnen Ƥlteren Personen Probleme bereiten, speziell wenn sie nƤchtens das WC im tiefer liegenden GeschoƟ aufsuchen mĆ¼ssen.

sehr zentral - sehr ruhig
Das Haus ist sehr zentral und eignet sich ideal aus Ausgangspunkt fĆ¼r AusflĆ¼ge in die Umgebeung. Das ist ein Vorteil, aber auch ein Nachteil, weil man fĆ¼r alles ein Auto braucht. Einkaufen geht sehr nah beim super U, der auch zu Fuss gut zu erreichen ist und wirklich eine riesen Auswahl an Produkten hat. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr problemlos, auch, wenn wir keinen persƶnlichen Kontakt. Trotz feuchtem, kĆ¼hlem Wetter, war es im Haus angenehm und gemĆ¼tlich. In der KĆ¼che findet sich alle, was man braucht. Eine Filterkaffee-Maschine ist nicht vorhane, dafĆ¼r jedoch ein Kapsel- und ein SiebdruckgerƤt. Insgesamt war es ein netter, sehr ruhiger Aufenthalt.

Maison au top, 2 chambres pour les adultes et un dortoir pour les monstres, jardin avec barbecue, grand sƩjour pour accueillir tout le monde. Nous Ʃtions 4 adultes et 4 enfants, tout Ʃtait super. La maison est un bon point de dƩpart pour visiter la Bretagne. Je conseille d'installer l'application TrƩsors de Bretagne ;) Les proprios sont super gentils et Ơ l'Ʃcoute. TOUT Ć©tait parfait : - le lieu, proche des axes de circulation et dā€™un grand supermarchĆ© mais dā€™un calme absolu - lā€™Ć©quipement de la la maison, idĆ©al en tous points - la prĆ©venance des hĆ“tes, dā€™une discrĆ©tion totale mais toujours prĆŖts Ć  nous aider - le cachet de la maison, typiquement bretonne, donc fraĆ®che et saine - le village de Plouer-sur-Rance, et la cale en bord de Rance, vraiment charmants et accessibles en quelques minutes avec les vĆ©los (en bon Ć©tat šŸ‘) qui se trouvent au garage - la rĆ©elle proximitĆ© des grandes plages : Dinard, Saint Lunaire, Saint Briac et de Saint -Malo , accessibles en une petite demi-heure dā€™une route trĆØs facile (4 voies) - les magnifiques balades Ć  Dinan, ville mĆ©diĆ©vale se trouvant Ć  un quart dā€™heure en voiture.
