Bedingt durch eine Hochzeit alle öffentlichen Bereiche für andere Hotelgäste gesperet - als Vollzahler ist das unzumutbar. Liegewiese nicht benutzbar. SPA nicht uneingeschränkt nutzbar. Beschwerden werden ignoriert. Flasche Wein als Wiedergutmachung versprochen, jedoch nie bekommen. Absolute unzumutbare Zustände. Nie wieder.

Wunderschöner Herbsturlaub mit Baby
Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Hotel ist sehr Aufmerksam, wenn es um die Bedürfnisse von Kindern geht (Gitterbett, Windeleimer, Wickelunterlage, Baby-Bademantel, Hochstuhl, Wasserkocher am Zimmer, Kinderprogramm etc wurde alles kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt). Alle waren sehr bemüht und freundlich. Lage direkt am See, toller Wellnessbereich mit beheiztem Außenpool. Schiff fährt direkt vor dem Hotel ab. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Herbsturlaub!

Für dieses hochpreisige Hotel waren Frühstücks- und Salatbuffet enttäuschend, Menükarte klang gut, Menü schmeckte aber auch enttäuschend und nach Fertigprodukten. Kleiner Indoorpool, der viel zu kalt war.
