The apartment consists of a large kitchen with everything you need to enjoy. Refrigerator with freezer and everything for cooking and self-care. The living area with TV and couch connects directly to the kitchen, so a large room, with large dining table and modern leather chairs and bench. There is a bathroom with a freestanding modern bath, shower, dryer and washing machine 2 bedrooms with large beds make the apartment complete. The apartment is located on the upper floor of the house and can be closed off. A balcony with hanging chair, table and chairs offers you the opportunity to enjoy the sun

The house is located in a very rural area, best, one arrives by car. The neighbors are very friendly and outgoing. The apartment is located in the district triangle Aichach-Friedberg, Neuburg an der Donau and Donauwörth. By car are the most diverse places with experiences, such. As the climbing forest Scherneck, the Audimuseum and the Ingolstadt Village in Ingolstadt, the city Donauwörth with its interesting historic center and Augsburg with the many interesting features easily accessible. The travel time to all attractions is at most 45 minutes. There are many more special features in my area. It is also possible to visit the dairy Zott and to stock up on the most delicious yogurts in the factory outlet.

Astounding holiday rental........ such a rarity in Europe
My wife and I are Canadians who have been coming to Europe for 22 years of self planned independent cycling vacations. Over this period of time we have stayed in over 100 holiday rental properties in over 8 European countries. This astounding property would be in the top 5% of any holiday rental we have stayed in. The Euro norm in holiday rentals is cramped, old, dark, noisy and brown. This rental reflects the heart, soul and boundless creativity of Anna Kopold. It is bright , spacious, quiet ,very well lit, ultra modern and rich with amenities. Its location in Europe is very strategic for active travel. Bavaria is rich in a dense network of Radwegs...cycling routes and pathways. Several important and very scenic ones come together here in Ober Bayern...the Wornitz, Atmuhltal, and Danube are all very close along with numerous other regional radwegs. It is a cycling paradise. People come from all over the world to ride the Danube radweg. Here it is so close to this property. As well the rental is very near the famous Romantic Road....Augsburg, Nordlingen etc. offer historic adventure away from the tourist crowds of other Romantic Road tourist destinations. Nearby Rain am Lech is a delight with an attractive main street and the Dehner gardens...a huge employer in the region and the biggest garden supplier and floral producer in Germany. The gardens are gorgeous and the entrance is free. This rental has it all.......design, amenities, location and very high standards of accommodation...........your search is over. Book it now. We stayed for just one night on route to Italy . It was easy to find with off road parking The apartment itself was lovely, really clean and very well equipped The beds were super comfy and the bathroom very luxurious. The addition of washing machine and tumble dryer is a real bonus if you were staying few days . Very quiet area would definitely come back .

Zauberhafte Ferienwohnung mit kurzen Wegen zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung.
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie entspricht genau den Bildern und positiven Bewertungen, die uns dazu veranlasst haben, diese zu buchen. Kaum angekommen stellte sich bei uns eine angenehm gemütliche Urlaubsstimmung ein, verbunden mit dem Gedanken, dass wir zu wenig Zeit dort eingeplant hatten. In der perfekt ausgestatteten überaus gepflegten Wohnung wurden wir mit einem Willkommensgruß empfangen. Anna und Bernhard haben viel Herzblut in diese wunderschöne und liebevoll ausgestattete Wohnung gesteckt, Die Beiden sind sehr sympathisch und offen für alle auch außergewöhnlichen Wünsche :-) Von Reicherstein kann man Augsburg, Ingolstadt und Donauwörth perfekt mit dem Fahrrad erreichen, unsere Ebikes konnten wir in der Garage unterstellen. Ein Landgasthof mit Biergarten befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. In Reicherstein genießt man die ländliche Ruhe. Wir werden gerne noch einmal wiederkommen!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Wohnung, die wir genauso vorfanden, wie im Internet beschrieben. Alles top, sauber, mit viel Liebe zum Detail.....mehr kann man wirklich nicht erwarten! Sogar zwei tolle E-Bikes wurden uns kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt! Anna und Schorsch sind total liebe Gastgeber. Man kann sie jederzeit kontaktieren, und sie geben immer gerne Ausflugstipps! Das Dorf ist sehr ruhig (150 Einwohner), wunderschöne Umgebung, und man kann tolle Ausflüge machen, wandern und joggen. Vielen lieben Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Eine absolut perfekte Ferienwohnung. Modern, extravagant, durchdacht, alles vorhanden; von der Brotschneidemaschine über den Kaffeevollautomaten, eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Elektrische Rollladen und gut funktionierende heizung. Modernes neues Bad mit bodengleicher Dusche und freistehender Badewanne. Alle Räume sind sehr hell, groß und komfortabel.

Die Wohnung ist ein Traum! Neben der modernen, detailverliebten Einrichtung findet man hier alles um wunschlos glücklich zu sein und es fehlt einem hier an nichts. Dazu kommt, dass alles makellos sauber war. Nicht nur die Ferienwohnung, sondern auch die Umgebung ist wunderschön und genau das richtige für einen entspannten Rückzugsort. Auch die Vermieterin ist außerordentlich herzlich, sodass alles rund um perfekt ist!

Wir haben die Zeit in Pöttmes sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung war ausgesprochen schön, mit viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet und in sehr ruhiger Lage gelegen (Felder und Wälder zum Spazieren und Joggen). Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. V.a. Küche und Bad eignen sich wunderbar, um - auch in Corona-Zeiten - die Seele beim Kochen und Baden baumeln zu lassen. Anna ist eine sehr nette und umsichtige Vermieterin. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Mit dem Elektroauto aufs Dorf ist hier möglich!
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, Küche und Sanitäranlagen mit großem Comfort. Die Einrichtung ist neu , pfiffig und geschmackvoll und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Einchecken war kontaktlos (In Coronazeiten besonders wichtig) Der Kontakt mit der sehr zuvorkommenden Vermieterin lief problemlos übers Internet. >WLan im Haus war schnell und funktionstüchtig. Wir konnten unser Elektroauto täglich beim Vermieter aufladen- mit Solarzellen auf dem Dach sehr umweltfreundlich. Obwohl das Haus mitten im Dorf liegt, war es besonders in der Nacht sehr leise. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter!

Die Wohnung liegt in einem 150-Seelen-Dorf in einer sehr ländlichen Gegend, die trotzdem einige Sehenswürdigkeiten bietet. Das "Loft" ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Anna ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die ihre Gäste am Sonntagmorgen auch mal mit Brötchen überrascht. Rundum empfehlenswert!

We hebben enorm genoten van het verblijf in het zeer luxe appartement. Het is zeer smaakvol ingericht en heel schoon. Dit mooie huis staat in een rustige, landelijke omgeving.
