Olympian villa
The location of the villa was fantastic , the beach was just steps away. The villa was part of a small complex, the instructions for arrival were clear and we had no issues. The villa was clean, we didn't use the pool as it was too cold but we did sit around the pool, the area was clean and furniture in good order. Inside the villa it is a little tired and would benefit from some upgrades. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Nice villa.
Lovely villa. Simple but clean and outside space is lovely, including the pool. Very short walk to a lovely, almost private beach, which was perfect. Plus items: Great location for beach Lovely outside pool area. Air con in bedrooms - a must in the hot weather! Situated in a very quiet area Marcus the maintenance guy is lovely and will help with anything you need. He did try to help us with our wifi, although it didn’t really make a difference unfortunately. Eve was also very helpful when needed and kept in touch during our stay. If you like cats you’ll love the numerous cats that visit the villas. They were a lovely addition to the villa and we fed them every day! Cons Wifi quite poor. Almost unusable if more than one person using it. We all have in and had to use our data and came home to charges. 😞 You do need a car. While the walk is only around 25 mins to Latchi, in the very hot weather it’s not a comfortable walk and in the evening the lighting along the beach is quite poor. The entrance to the properties does need updating - the signage is falling off which doesn’t give a great first impression. Living room TV is way too small!! The photos on VRBO don’t match what you receive as such. The bathrooms are very basic with a shower curtain hung with a chain at one corner. And all are in need of an update. The villas are lovely but do need a bit of updating, along with the pool area too. Air con downstairs would also be a great addition too.
