El hotel es muy bonito pero los cuartos son antiguo las cama incómodas el ascensor es antiguo y está fuera de servicio tuve que subir las maletas al 3 piso por las escaleras sin contar que la habitación estaba sin luz y las alarmas de incendio pitan por falta de batería la verdad la experiencia no fue muy buena

Una propiedad antigua con poco mantenimiento. Cuarto con alfombras deterioradas, baños que necesitan ser renovados. Lad camas no sirven, mattress viejos e inservibles. El valor por noche es exagerado considerando el tipo de facilidades. No lo recomiendo.

Quienes estuvieron en recepción atentos pero la estadía en el cuarto no fue la mejor experiencia. El agua del baño no bajaba bien, se informó y nada pasó. La limpieza no es una prioridad. De igual forma la piscina tampoco estaba limpia.

The rooms are in terrible condition and the facilities are very old and have not been refurbished in about 20 years. The carpet is old and smelly, the The bathroom had turquoise tub, toilet, and sink from the 70s and a linoleum Floor. Totally outdated and certainly not worth the money. We refused to stay there and they put us up at their sister hotel, which was only tad better. I would not recommend it to anyone as we didn’t stay there ourselves.

Las áreas comunes estaban hermosas, pero la habitación totalmente diferente. Estaba muy deteriorada. Desde la cama, baños, toallas (manchadas), sábanas ( a penas tenían una sabana finita). Necesitan una renovación. La piscina no la pudimos usar ya que estaba muy sucia. Al menos fue una sola noche. No volvería a quedarme. Fui con mi hijo y la experiencia no fue tan agradable. El estacionamiento, es pequeño y como no hay control (es abierto) cualquiera que no se esté quedando en el hotel puede utilizarlo.

From check in we had problems. No front desk staff. No welcoming to the facility once someone showed up. No WiFi despite signing up for hotel WiFi No one for Valet parking. Only one room key No hot water at all. We had to call front desk and if they answered had someone check the water heater?? Out if 3 nights we had hot water one night. Bath tub had black mildew. Toilet paper holder broken. AC window unit not cool enough we tequested a fan and it was provided. Blanket had cigarette burn holes Outlet in bathroom not working, bathroom blower not working and u could not used my own blower bc outlet wasn’t working. I had to dry my hair by a chair with no mirror. Balcony dirty Carpet in room and halls were visibly dirty and full of stains. Because it was a holiday weekend there was no housekeeping room service. We were only provided 2 flimsy bath towels, no hand towels. No wash cloths, no shampoo. Only one roll of toilet paper. Bathroom floor dirty. The worst part is that no one car and no one had a solution. The only persons that was helpfully were Esmeralda who could take care of our problems but tried. And Lourdes was also helpful. The girls that helped us check in on Sunday around 6 pm was totally useless and uninterested. She did not follow thru. I was in town for my mother’s funeral and this made it totally unbearable and unpleasant. The parking system leaves a lot to say. There was never a parking spot unless we double park. No one mentioned Valet parking.
