Good location and safe
Good location, in village, but roads are quite tricky if you are on a heavy motorbike. Only got chance to test out the breakfast, which was fine and the late arrival process worked fine.

Not a great experience
On arrival we had to go looking for the staff as the reception desk was not manned at 6pm. The room was small but adequate. The cleaning was very poor. There was a quantity of dust accumulated under the table & chairs and in the bathroom. The plastic chairs were also dirty, including footprints on them. At breakfast we were unable to get the attention of the staff to ask for things that were missing like napkins. Again at checkout the reception desk was unmanned at 10am

Not what I expected
A little awkward to locate (GPS helps!) but a pleasant surprise on arrival. Excellent reception - I was very early - and a lovely location. It really is a museum of water! Room was small but adequate, with a small shower room attached. Check-out happens with breakfast, and drop your key at the (empty) front desk, which I thought unusual, but it worked.

Bonjour, l'hébergement en lui même correcte par contre le personnel pas du tout adapté. le plus médiocre c'est le restaurant. Serveurs sans aucune tenue vis à vis du client, la tenue vestimentaire du serveur, sale et chemise déchirée à plusieurs endroits. Les mains salent pour servirent de l'alimentation c'est dégoûtant quant à la cuisine en dessous de tout. la truite pas fraîche, les petites ravioles servies avec, ont le gout de l'eau bouille et le tian de courgettes une mélasse immangeable. Bref je ne recommanderais pas du tout cet endroit qui pourtant sur papier donnait envie. Bonne réception

Een comfortabel hotel met een goed bed en een kleine maar heel comfortabele badkamer. Heel tof was dat het personeel zo vriendelijk was waarvoor niets te veel was. Super toffe locatie met een terras boven de Bourne waar het fijn dineren was.

Les points positifs : L’hôtel est très bien situé avec une belle vue, la qualité de la nourriture est très bonne ainsi que le personnel à l’écoute, très accueillant et agréable et la propreté est au rendez-vous. Points négatifs : cet hôtel est un peu vieillot et un aspect d’hopital (lino au sol chambre restaurant sauf salle de petit déjeuner chaise en plastique partout) donc impression de froideur avec une odeur d’hôpital dans les chambres.

hotel bien situe dans le village.quelques places de parking a l hotel sinon parking un peu plus loin geatuit. la chambre correct mais le ménage est un peu a revoir(plaque de médicament derrière la table de chevet,sur le radiateur de la salle de bain beaucoup de poussière ).on pose nos serviettes de bain dessus chambre mal insonorisée petit dejeuner tres bien et copieux salle de restaurant tres bien mais decu de la truite et de l accompagnement.ca ne vaut pas 20 euros donc par la suite j ai mange ailleurs domage pour la visite du musée de l eau car ca n allait pas avec nos visites.si vous logez a l hotel elle est gratuite hotel proche de plein de village

Tres déçu du restaurant peu de choix et le plat que j ai pris aucune saveur très basique par exemple on m a servi des ravioles avec mon dos de loup ravioles sortie de l eau et servi tel quel si bien que les ravioles restaient collées dans l assiette. Pour la chambre des lits en 80 pour des adultes trop étroit. Par contre le personnel au top

Tres bien.situe a 2 pas des maisons.suspendues au bord de la.riviere ,mais aussi porte du vercors l hotel.degage une grande tranquillite ,le restaurant est de qualite de meme que les petits dejeuners fort copieux.. un bel.endroit a decouvrir
