Not far from the Gorges de l'ArdĆØche ( 10 km ), the festival of Avignon ( 40 km ), the Gallo-roman sites of the Pont du Gard, Orange, Vaison la romaine, we'll be happy to welcome you at Pont Saint Esprit in a residence with character, a place where you could restore even go sightseeing.
You'll live in an old, semi-detached house of 190 m2 with good insulation
On the ground floor, 115 m2 a furnished kitchen, a living-room full of light thanks to a large picture-window,a dining-room and an arched room.
On the first floor, 38 m2, a room with its bathroom,including a bath and a dressing room.
On the second floor, 38 m2, another room with its bathroom, including a shower
A barbecue set, a 9 x 5 swimming-pool and enclosed garden of 1000 m2, planted with trees and a private sheltered car park.

Deux semaines de dĆ©tente dans une maison trĆØs sympa avec une piscine trĆØs trĆØs agreable; Jean Marie est trĆØs gentil; il nous a acceuilis trĆØs tard et nous a aides a trouver l'entrĆ©e dans le noir. il nous a laisse voir ses chevaux: les deux enfants (5 ans) ont adores. Il faut une voiture ou un velo pour faire les courses mais tout est relativement proche: Beaucoup de sites , parcs et visites a faire pour ceux qui veulent sortir de l'eau. Das Anwesen ist Teil eines ehemaligen Weinguts, die hohen RƤume mit ihren hƶlzernen Decken und die Mƶbel versetzen die Besucher in ein frĆ¼heres Jahrhundert. Das Schwimmbad ist groƟ, von auƟen nicht einsehbar und landschaftlich wunderbar gelegen. DrauƟen kann man im schattigen, groƟen Garten verweilen. Die Wohnung liegt optimal fĆ¼r verschiedenste AusflĆ¼ge zu schƶnen Orten in der nƤheren Umgebung. Der Vermieter Jean-Marie ist ƤuƟerst nett, wir haben uns wƤhrend unseres Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt.

Wir (5 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Pont-Saint-Esprit. Das Haus ist wirklich charmant und gut ausgestattet. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer und vor allem der beiden BƤder ist aber nicht optimal und benƶtigt ein bisschen FlexibilitƤt. Der Garten ist groƟ und bietet viel Platz. Begeistert waren wir vom Pool, der mit neuer Holzterrasse wirklich toll ist. Jean-Marie ist ein ƤuƟerst freundlicher und zuvorkommender Vermieter, der stets um unser Wohl bemĆ¼ht war. Das Haus liegt am Rande des StƤdtchens und man kann in 30 min gemĆ¼tlich zur sehenswerten BrĆ¼cke spazieren. Zum Einkaufen empfiehlt sich aber eher das Auto. Die Umgebung ist einfach traumhaft. Wir waren in der ArdĆØche-Schlucht, in Avignon und AiguĆØze, auf der Festung von Mornas und bei den Kaskaden von Sautadet. Unvergesslich bleibt der morgendliche Blick auf den Mont Ventoux bei Sonnenaufgang. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich fĆ¼r diese schƶne Woche! ā˜€ļø

Super sĆ©jour ! Le propriĆ©taire est au petit soin et Ć  la fois trĆØs discret. La maison est trĆØs grande, trĆØs fonctionnelle. Il manque seulement un WC au RDC surtout pour la nuit pour ceux qui dorment dans la chambre du bas. A part Ƨa tout Ć©tait super ! Wij hebben een leuke tijd gehad. De ontvangst van SolĆØne (dochter) was heel hartelijk. Ze was steeds bereikbaar. Ze wonen in het huis ernaast, maar volledig gescheiden van het vakantiehuis. Na 2 dagen begaf de vaatwasser het en 's avonds hadden we al een splinternieuwe gekregen! Kortom, wij hebben een zeer fijne tijd gehad in Pont-Saint-Esprit. Bedankt SolĆØne en Jean-Marie!!
