It is located in a very picturesque and quiet parish, 5 minutes drive from the center of Ponta Delgada. It is close to the Ananás plantations, several grocery stores, pharmacy and ATM. The house also has a small garden where you can relax at the end of the day listening to the birds enjoying a good wine from the island of Pico.
