Pretty independent duplex house of 65m2 in a 4000m² garden in typical Provence terraces with olive and oak trees, 300 meters from the village and 3km from Barjols.
You have 2 private terraces with tables, chairs and sun loungers as well as a barbecue.
The swimming pool (9.5 x 4.5m) is shared with the owners (2 people). In the poolhouse you have deckchairs available.
The duplex has on the ground floor a living room, an open kitchen as well as a bathroom with a large jet shower as well as a separate toilet.

Erholsame und entspannte Tage in Pontevès
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr sehr genossen. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Das Haus, idyllisch zwischen Steineichen und Olivenbäumen gelegen, ist sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Die kleinen und größeren Ortschaften der Umgebung sind ursprünglich und authentisch. Typisch provenzalische Märkte laden zum Bummeln und Kaufen ein. Alle Leute waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Allerdings ist die Gegend nur für geübte und sichere Radfahrer geeignet, da es steil bergauf und in rasantem Tempo bergab geht.

Magnifique résidence
Très beau gîte, spacieux, confortable et joliment décoré entouré d'un très beau jardin avec piscine quasi privé. Un luxe dans un havre de paix. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles, tout en restant très discrets. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances.

Een mooi verblijf in de Var
Zeer gastvrije ontvangst door de sympathieke eigenaren, die ons goede tips voor de omgeving hebben gegeven. Prettig huisje met een mooie slaap/kleedruimte op de etage en een mooi zwembad met fijne terrassen. Het historische dorpje Pontevès (epicerie/vers brood depot) ligt op korte loopafstand en is een prima uitvalsbasis om de Var te verkennen. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, merci Josette et Patrick!

Es war wie auf den Photos dargestellt, nur besser.
Wir haben den Urlaub genossen - der erste Eindruck von den Photos wurde noch übertroffen. Alles gepflegt und liebevoll, gemütlich und komplett eingerichtet. Man hatte das Gefühl, mehr als ein (zahlender) Gast zu sein. Und wenn es mal eine Kleinigkeit zu klären oder zu erfragen gab, dann waren Josie und Patrick sofort mit Rat und Tat behilflich. Besonders dafür noch einmal einen herzlichen Dank. Nach unseren Erfahrungen für ein Ferienhaus beispielhaft.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison équipée en duplex.Très bon accueil par les propriétaires et de bon conseils sur les coins à visiter.La voiture est sous abri dans la propriété.La maison a 2 terrasses dont une sous toit et équipé d'une cuisine d'été avec barbecue.Piscine conforme à nos attente équipé de bain de soleil et un coin pour se mettre à l'ombre.Je conseille vivement cette location pour profiter de vacances au calme.

Un havre de paix
Notre séjour en amoureux a été vraiment agréable. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse de nos hôtes, la spacieuse maison et la rafraichissante piscine. La maison dispose d'une petite terrasse protégé pour déjeuner et se reposer à l'ombre. Nous voulions passer une semaine de détente absolue après une année chargée de travail et nous n'avons pas été déçu. Il est évident que nous reviendrons un jour ou l'autre.
