You can also spend some time exploring the antique shops in downtown Pontiac, or if you prefer outdoor activities, fishing and kayaking on Rooks Creek might be perfect for you.
When you enter this home away from home, you are greeted by a welcoming open floor plan with high half-vaulted ceilings and wooden accents throughout, adding a rustic touch. Make yourself at home and curl up comfortably on the sofa after a terrific day exploring everything Pontiac has to offer and stream an entertaining show or movie on the smart TV with streaming services. Prepare culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all the major appliances and utensils needed to channel your inner chef, including a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishware and flatware, blender, coffee maker, Crockpot, toaster, spices, and water filter. The main suite is located on the first floor and boasts a stacked washer/dryer and an en suite bath. Upstairs, discover a secluded sleeping nook. When it comes to outdoor living, this unique abode enjoys a private patio with outdoor seating, a gas grill, and a firepit.

The owner's office is on the other side of the home/barn and they often stop in there for business.
This is a working farm with animals. There are chickens and there will be cows on the pastures this summer.
Please be aware people will often be working on the property and there are farm animals as well as wildlife in the vicinity.
The homeowner's son runs a business out of the garage on-site, in a completely separate unit, and may be present during your stay.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
