Il Melograno Villa is perched on a hilltop in the heart of Marche's countryside. It's the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing family holiday, overlooking unspoilt scenery whilst benefiting from all the modern comforts.
Nestled in the centre of 28 acres it offers a panoramic position with lovely open views over rolling countryside and the mountains. In this idyllic heaven you will enjoy total privacy, private road access via automated gates, although it is only a few minutes from shops and restaurants.
The beautiful Italian farmhouse has been lovingly restored, keeping its original features and charm.
Sleeps 19 + 2 fold away beds, in 9 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms with 6 en-suite facilities, with exclusive use of a panoramic swimming pool. The accommodation has been designed for families and/or large groups, with 2 kitchens, spacious living areas, panoramic roof terrace, barbecue area and many outdoor patios, each with long tables and chairs to dine in shaded areas.
There are so many areas for guests to really unwind, relax and find a private spot with a gorgeous view.
Should you need any extra accomodation, there's an adjacent Cottage and a Barn with a large Function Room.
The Adriatic Riviera with sandy beaches is 15 minutes away, offering excellent seafood, water parks and beaches ideal for families and all ages. The villas position no doubt offers guests the possibility to fully explore the entire region.
The panoramic pool, 10m x 5m, offers crystal clear water and hours of fun. There are high quality sun loungers, a shaded area to escape the heat and relaxing chairs.
In the grounds there is a ping pong table and garden areas to play games. There is a 14ft trampoline and swing set for children with plenty of space for them to run around.
The property is maintained to high standard and is cleaned on a weekly basis and we require guests to vacate their rooms by 10.30 am latest on the changeover day, to allow us time to thoroughly clean the property prior to the next booked period.
We also arrange: Italian Civil Wedding Ceremonies, legal or symbolic exchange of vows by the pool.
The villas position no doubt offers guests the possibility to fully explore the entire region, from the coastline to the Sibylline mountains, the medieval villages and historical towns.
