Gorgeous little Cottage
The property is over 3 floors with the shower and cloakroom on the ground floor. The stairs between the floors are a little daunting being spiral with narrow treads, I would say definitely not suitable for the elderly and are more than a little precarious to navigate, that aside, this is a beautiful well appointed cottage and in a great location for shops, restaurants and dog walks.

Fantastic location
The cottage is located within a few minutes stroll of the bars/restaurants along the quay. It is tucked away and so is lovely and quiet at night for restful sleep - apart from the seagulls! Beautifully clean with everything you need. Julian provided all the information we needed and lots of wonderful recommendations. The added touch of a welcome basket and milk in the fridge was much appreciated. We had a wonderful stay.

Lovely little cottage
This property is a lovely little cottage perfect for a couple or small family (max 4 people). It is in a great location in the old town of Poole, it is 1 minute from the harbour and restaurants. The cottage was very clean and very comfortable. The stairs are steep, as others have noted, but that wasn’t a problem for us and made the place even more charming.

A must stay when in Poole!
I honestly could not praise this place more, absolutely spotless, all kitchen utensils needed were there and clean. The property manager, Julian, was good as gold and helped whenever we needed and gave great suggestions for the local area. Such a lovely home and would love to come back again in the near future!

Gorgeous cottage. Very clean with everything you need. Not only did we get some treats but our doggies did too. Stairs quite narrow and steep so had to be very careful going up and down. Could do with a gate to shut dogs in kitchen. Would definitely stay again. Very cosy. Thank you.

Small but perfectly formed & beautifully presented.
Pickwick cottage was absolutely spot on for our weekend catch up with friends & family. Finished & furnished to a very high standard throughout & in a great location. Lovely welcome pack from the hosts, with very clear instructions on how everything worked. Just one note of caution- the stairs are VERY steep, so not really suitable for kids 5 or under. Our boys are 9 & 6, and the youngest needed supervision to go down them.

Cracking little spot, central to Poole Old Town
A smashing little property, right in the middle of Poole's Old Town with very quick access to the quayside, shops and restaurants. The property itself is characterful, but spotlessly clean. We stayed as 2 adults and two kids (15 & 12). The property is over three floors with a very tight stairway - which was fine for us, but be warned! Communications with Julian have been excellent. In all, a great stay with access to lots of amenities and within a short distance of the New Forest and the Jurassic Coast.

Gorgeous cottage
What a lovely weekend away we have had at Pickwick Cottage. The cottage was warm and welcoming on arrival, and the joy of seeing the hamper and milk in the fridge, just started our holiday on a happy note. Even our dog received a special package. Julian is a very attentive and thoughtful host. Pickwick cottage is in a great location, the Old Town is lovely to explore, close to a Sainsburys local and lots of pubs. The walk along the harbour front with our dog to a park was a great way to start the day. I cannot fault anything, only that it ended too quickly. Thank you Julian.

Pickwick cottage is beautiful, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, had everything you need . Fabulous week at Pickwick Cottage
We had a great week exploring Poole's Old Town and quay from Pickwick Cottage! Booking and communication was quick and easy. Cottage exactly as described and beautifully presented with extra touches and treats for both human and dog which were above expectation and much appreciated. The location is great, set amongst the Georgian old town which was very tranquil but only minutes walk from the quay which had loads going to keep everyone entertained. Also a great jumping off point to explore the local area. Thanks!!!

Immaculate bijou cottage in a great location
We have just returned from Pickwick Cottage after a five day stay. The cottage was immaculately clean with lots of thoughtful detail everywhere and looked a bit like a page from The White Company catalogue! lots of white fluffy towels and bright white bedding. Julian kindly had left out dog bowls and treats for our dog and a selection of treats for us. The location is great and brilliant to have a parking space. The stairs are admittedly rather steep but no problem once you get used to them. We loved going to Sandbanks beach (dog friendly at the furthest end) and getting the ferry to Studland beach (try Shell Bay restaurant) . Lots of restaurants and shops in easy walking distance from the cottage too. Thanks very much for letting us and our dog stay.

Quaint Cottage in good location
The cottage was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The welcome basket was a really nice touch. The location is ideal with Poole Quay a few hundred yards away. We would certainly stay here again if in Poole. Just a point to note the parking is only big enough for a relatively small car (our hatchback just fitted) without it jutting out into a narrow street.
