Million Dollar View
You cannot beat the view. The host is the best. The place is small & low ceilings, some other quirky things - all just add to the ambiance, and certainly as advertised. Especially for the price - VERY hard to beat.

Wir haben 2 Wochen hier verbracht und diese Zeit sehr genossen. Die Lage des Hauses ist top, der Blick auf den See wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist genau so wie beschrieben. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war vor und während unseres Aufenthalts gut. Bei eventuellen Fragen bekamen wir sehr schnell eine Antwort. Empfehlenswert!

Very comfy place overlooking the lake
The place is really on the lake and surpisingly quiet. The bed is very comfy and the apartment is full of light thanks to all the roof windows. it is aideally located for all sorts of walks along the lake, and hikes in the mountains (be warned, the slopes are very steep!). The few things that can be mentioned are the fact that tall people (over 1,70 meter high) need to be careful all around the place because of the low ceiling and the apparent beams. Also, the plugs are scarce in the kitchen so it can be complicated to have the microwave plugged in for instance. Also, maybe some tea infuser could be added to the cutlery and a clothes drying rack in addition to the drier for delicate clothes. In addition, the pellet stove would certainly benefit from a simplified ready-to-heat instruction to use it because the one at disposal is not that clear. Finally, even if we finally didn't need more pellets because the weather improved, I think the woman in charge of the apartment should know where to buy some more because she said she had no idea where they could be bought. That being said, the place is really nice and clean and you are garanteed to have an exceptional view.

Besondere Lage direkt am See
Wir hatten hier einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt mit 4 Übernachtungen. Das beste hieran ist die Lage direkt am See mit wunderschönem Blick und der zu Fuß gut erreichbaren Altstadt. Wir konnten von hieraus schöne Wanderungen machen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt einen großen Parkplatz direkt am Eingang. Wir haben nur wenige kleinere Kritikpunkte: - sehr langsames WLAN - bei Ankunft waren 2 Dinge kaputt (Schloß der Balkontür und eine Nachtischlampe) Alles in allem aber zu empfehlen.

Traumwohnung in schöner Lage
Also wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liegt wirklich direkt am See mit eigenem Bade- / Bootssteg. Es ist eine Sackgasse ohne Verkehr und sehr ruhig. Im Haus gibt es mehrere Wohnungen, man bekommt von den anderen aber nichts mit. Vom kleinen Balkon hat man einen unglaublich schönen Blick auf den See und die Berge ringsum. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist funktional und lässt letztendlich keine Wünsche offen. Andere Bewerter haben den Checkin etwas kritisiert. Das war bei uns kein Problem. Wenn hier jemand bucht ist zu empfehlen SUP oder Kajak mitzunehmen, dann ist die Lage noch besser nutzbar. In den schönen Ort Porlezza ist man höchstens 10 Minuten zu Fuß unterwegs mit Bars, Restaurants und Geschäften. Als Tipp würden wir die Mitnahme eines Sonnenschirms sehen, weil der tolle Balkon nicht beschattet ist und bei heißem Wetter das Vorteile hätte. Allgemein ist diese Unterkunft aus unserer Sicht wirklich was sehr besonderes und wir werden wenn sie zu bekommen ist dort sicher wieder Mal hinfahren.

Sehr schöne Wohnung und location
Alles super! Bei der Schlüsselübergabe kein Wort verstanden, nur italienisch, aber hatten ja die Kontaktdaten des deutschen Vermieters, der gut erreichbar war ;-) Sonst alles sehr schön und sauber. Nur eine Klimaanlage fehlte bei 36 Grad im Dachgeschoss, aber es gab zumindest einen Ventilator. Gerne wieder!

Superschöne Lage
Die Wohnung hat eine Hammer Lage an einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße zur Rückseite des Gebäudes. Vom Rest des Gebäudes hat man eine unbehinderten Blick auf den See. Es gibt auch einen Superschönen Balkon. Die meisten Fenster sind Dachfenster welche Außenrollläden ausgestattet sind. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung mit Smart TV, Espressomaschine, Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Gasherd und Mikrowelle uvm. ist einfach gut. Es gibt ein Wünderschönes Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine. Man hat einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung. Es gibt einen Bootssteg von dem man Schwimmen oder mit den Kanu fahren kann. Einfach rundum ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Hübsch gelegenes Apartement direkt am See mit eignenem, kostenlosen Bootsanleger. Perfekt für Urlauber mit eigenem Boot. Sauber und recht gut ausgestattet. Lediglich eine kleine Klimanlage fehlte uns. Die Wohnung liegt im DG und da scheint die Sonne meist den ganzen Tag direkt drauf. Es staut sich also die Hitze extrem. Der vorhandene Ventilator hat die Wärme dann auch nicht mehr verdrängen können. Die Übergabe des Schlüssels gestaltete sich war zwar etwas "hakelig" ( Wartezeit + Kommunikation) aber die ältere Dame war sehr nett. Wir können die Unterkunft bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen und würden auch selbst wieder buchen.

Tolle Lage, gutes Appartement
Leider war beim Check-in die Zugehfrau verschollen, so dass der Urlaub mit ein paar Hindernissen begann. Der Vermieter konnte dafür nichts, denke ich, und versuchte die Situation bestmöglich zu bewältigen. Nach ein paar Stunden Wartens konnten wir dann rein. Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich fantastisch, das Gebäude steht quasi im See, der Garten ist toll und der Bootssteg hervorragend zum Baden. Unsere 15jährigen Kids schliefen im Wohnzimmer auf der Schlafcouch in den Springfedern, dazu würden wir jetzt nicht wirklich raten. Aber zu Zweit ist die Wohnung eine prima Sache.

Wunderschön
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, perfekte Lage zum Baden. Die Wohnung war sehr Sauber, Kleinigkeiten wie ein angebrannter Tropf sind uns aufgefallen, war für uns nicht relevant, da wir unsere eigene Pfanne mitgenommen haben. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und antwortete sehr schnell. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief auch gut, einen Stern Abzug gab es, da wir bei derTerminübergabe ca 10 Minuten warten mussten und leider ein bisschen Verständnisprobleme hatten, mit der Dame die uns den Schlüssel überbrachte. Sie war sehr nett, konnte allerdings nur ein wenig Englisch. Die Umgebung ist auch sehr schön und wir würden die Ferienwohnung aufjedenfall wieder buchen.

Tutto benissimo. Location fantastica, appartamento originale e divertente, molto attrezzato e molto ben tenuto. Anche il riscaldamento è comodissimo e semplice da usare. Non ho utilizzato la TV e quindi non posso recensirla. Ottimi i rapporti con l’host e con il personale in loco. Posteggio pubblico ma accessibilissimo. Ho avuto un soggiorno rilassante e divertente. Tornerò sicuramente e la consiglio a tutti.

Sehr umfangreich (vor allem die Küche) ausgestattete Mansardenwohnung an einer stillgelegten Uferstraße ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Wir haben in himmlischer Ruhe sehr gut geschlafen. Sat-Anlage funktionierte nur sehr eingeschränkt (mit Unterbrechungen), Radio (Internetradio) gar nicht, aber es gibt eine Spielesammlung und Schmöker. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Abzüge nur wegen der nicht funktionierenden TV/Sat-Anlage, die wir wenigstens für Nachrichten gern genutzt hätten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter funktionierte völlig problemlos.

Leuke vakantie gehad
Mooie omgeving, leuke plaatjes prachtig uitzicht, je kan eventueel zwemmen bij de woning, goede restaurants in de buurt, in het huisje wel warm bij weer rond 30 graden. Veel activiteiten te doen zoals wandelen in de bergen, boottocht como meer, stadjes bezoeken zoals Lugano, markt porlezza enz.

Goede locatie / mooi uitzicht
Goede communicatie met eigenaar. ( Tip aan eigenaar meerdere foto's plaatsen voor indruk huisje ) Rustige locatie en schitterend uitzicht en vlak bij het centrum. Huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien en ligt op de 2 de verdieping ( dmv trap ) aparte keuken voorzien van vaatwasser oven magnetron verschillende koffie apparaten en veel meer / aparte badkamer met douche wc en wasmachine / aparte slaapkamer behoorlijk groot / woonkamer met uitzicht op het schitterende meer en bergen.

Das Haus liegt direkt am See und man kann über den dazu gehörigen Bootssteg direkt ins Wasser. Die Kulisse der Berge rundum ist traumhaft schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
