T2 sunny and bright, well furnished and decorated, 55m2 in house divided into 2 dwellings (entrances and independent gardens). This includes:

On the ground floor :
- 34m2 living room, lounge area with fireplace, 2 leather sofas, 2 flat screen TV, DVD player, Hi-FI radio system; dining area with small sea view, 2 flat screen TV (dining area and lounge area)
- 7m2 kitchen with access to the garden, washing machine, dishwasher, 4-burner gas stove + oven, extractor hood, espresso machine, microwave, large fridge and freezer compartment, etc.

- Upstairs: 1 bedroom with balcony, 140 slatted bed base, duvet, s. adjoining water (shower, sink, wc) accessible from the bedroom (sliding door).

- Small L-shaped garden enclosed by walls and flowers (oleanders, hydrangeas, etc.) with wrought iron garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, expo south and west.
- Easy parking in front of the house
- Beaches at 450m, Shops (U express, bakery, bar-tobacco-press) at 1km, train station and old port at 1.3km

Best little house in Pornic for a couple
We came one week to see my family living nearby, so I know the area. This house is perfectly located, 15 minutes walk to the heart of Pornic, 5 minutes to the ocean that you can see from the bedroom on the 2nd floor. Tastefully furnished, the main room is super cosy with a fireplace and a fully appointed kitchen. Warm welcome by the hostess who is very nice and helpful. Don't forget to ask her recommendation for restaurants and places to go !

Erholsamer Urlaub
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir haben viele Radtouren und Wanderungen direkt vom Haus aus unternommen. Die nahe gelegenen Buchten waren sehr schön zum Baden. In Pornic gibt es viele Läden und Restaurants. Leider war das Angebot für uns als Vegetarier sehr dürftig, aber die Küche war zum Glück gut augestattet, so haben wir halt selbst gekocht. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

10 jours à Pornic
Petite maison lumineuse et bien située, proche de l'océan,du sentier des douaniers et de la thalasso, idéale pour deux personnes. Le seul point négatif, c'est la propreté. Nous avons du relavé toute la vaisselle nécessaire avant utilisation. Un grand nettoyage serait nécessaire (hotte de la cuisine encrassée, four avec traces de fromage collées sur une plaque, etc...). Nouvelle douche mal installée, problème de mélangeur donc douche écossaisse garantie. Malgré tout, nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec un temps au beau fixe.
